The place was decent. The staff was outstanding. The location was good. It has it’s own beach access.

Would not recommend these villas. There was hair in the jacuzzi, paper towel on the balcony that was wet and looked like it had been outside for a while. The light above the jacuzzi didn’t work and the WiFi didn’t work so maintenance told us to check and see if we could piggyback off of other villas WiFi. Would not recommend or stay again. I was ready to leave the day we got there.

The washee and dryer, full kitchen, and location were great. Only bad thing, and this is not on them, is our rental was a long ways from the elevator and my mom uses a cane, so it was a long walk to and from the elevator everyday.

Location was beautiful with ocean view and easy access to the beach. Overall the facility was comfortable. We were able to enjoy the indoor swimming pool and the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. We did find one live cockroach (German, not Palmetto bug) upon our arrival but didn’t see any others during our stay. On our last night the fire alarm kept going off over and over again in the opposite building from ours starting around 6pm and still happening until after 11pm. The salt air must have messed with the control panel, or at least that would be my guess. Other than that, it was very quiet on this first weekend of December. We probably will consider staying there again in the future.

Perfect BEACH. Easy availability via boardwalk, great views walking to it and on it. If you like the beach AND pool, this is a winner! Need a car for seeing the area, and no restaurant on site, but many in the general area.

Very disappointed with this exchange. Other reviews stated that every unit had a view of the ocean or pool. Our room had a view of the apartments next door and they could look down on our balcony. The beds were very uncomfortable. Almost every day a maintenance crew was outside our unit at 8:00 or 8:30am and worked for a half hour, then left. Sometimes they returned around lunch to do a bit more. Why couldn't they do all of the work at the same time and not so early in the day. We will not be come back here again.

Excellent location with a beautiful beach with awesome sunsets!! Restaurants close by and beautiful water everywhere you go! Lots of things to do and see in the area. Trip to Cape Lookout lighthouse was our favorite!

They supposedly had thought we only booked til Sunday when obviously booked til Monday. They sent someone to our room without making contact with me first. Thankfully we had just come back from the beach and was just about to leave again when I hear the door just open to my room. All three locks being locked should have told him there was someone inside. Or at least have warranted a knock before an intrusion. Then to top it off when talking with workers we never got so much as an apology. I took the situation very seriously being almost robbed in a past hotel room stay. But they only joked about the situation. Saying "well how's that for a wake up call". Everything else was very nice from the ease of booking to the room and amenities. But we will never stay at this property again.
