Location of the hotel is good. But the staffs are unprofessional and their work ethics are not customer friendly.
The rooms are not maintained as per the standard. Bedsheets and pillow covers had hairs and stains.But housekeeping staff were helpful enough to attend our issues. Lights were not working, issue was resolved after an engineer attended it.
Small and congested washroom to accommodate the balcony I guess.
Breakfast spread was satisfactory, again the staff were not customer friendly. There were no hand sanitizer kept on the tables. There were quite a few guest using the buffet spread with their bare hands.
The lift/ elevator had a very foul smell most of the time.
Overall not a comfortable stay. The only thing premium about this property is the brand name Hilton. It's nowhere close to the Hilton standards I have experienced in past.

The dinner buffet was good and the suite was lovely, it was nice stay very pleasant enjoyed a lot ... The room was very nice and very cleaned .. every staffs are very nice and polite.. great hospitalit ............looking forward to coming back soon.......

We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and have family dinner. Food was amazing, The staff were so nice and helping us with mentioning about special dishes of the day. We do like to mention Arul, who was super host I would say and made our evening memorable. Thanks Double Tree Hilton.

Our three-night stay at Doubletree Suites by Hilton was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities. The reservation staff, Siddhata was very attentive and helpful, ensuring a seamless booking. The check-in was smooth, and our room was immaculate and well-appointed. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight, with delicious meals and professional, friendly staff. The service and assistance provided by Arul and Janeesha were truly exceptional. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym were excellent. The stay was perfect, and we highly recommend Doubletree for a luxurious and memorable experience.

I had a great experience in this hotel everyone here welcome's in their special gesture, like to mention some of their names sneha sohini rahul and from housekeeping Nagarjuna were the best. Restaurant people are good and have decent behaviour.

It was a very nice stay I and my wife loved this property very much I would give 100/100 for the Double tree Hilton suites it was like a home I also love ever staffs at this fine property because everybody were very kind Sandhya from front desk , Shoban , Suraj , Deepa Arul and Dipon etc Mr saravan who is duty manager in the restaurant was very helpful asking me I wanted anything and also got pancakes for childrens and my childrens now want to go to double tree suite for pancakes 😅😅 Shoban from restaurant and Dipon from house keeping are very good workers as well I got the opportunity to stay in your property for 5 days it was very joyful experience best of luck to double tree suite by Hilton good job

Some rooms have nice view of the nearby Forest Good food Excellent live kitchen ………../ Toilets in some rooms are not comfortable Staff are very polite and service oriented None are below expectations Very quite despite huge number of guess Wish to mention some good staff members Sonia , Khageswar, Alok
