When I arrived, the hot water faucet on the sink was broken. The faucet itself was soon repaired, but there was still no hot water at the sink. Kitchen setup was awkward, with refrigerator too close to window to open fully. Furniture badly scuffed when I arrived.

Restaurant was nice on property. The room was not cleaned throughly lamps were dented in and outdated the room and carpet was outdated and the hallways that all definitely need an upgrade. The room next door was playing music so loud that I felt like it was in my room. The surrounding area outside and across the street are also not In Good shape. I would not stay there again.

Smell like a,nursing home .. the water from the tub had leak n i can hear it all night .. i had a hard time sleeping.. in the app said breakfast was included but wen we got there they said they dont do breakfast

I will start by saying the manager refunded my money without any questions which i greatly appreciated.
The hotel is beyond old and run down. It’s flat out gross. I was expecting a 5 star hotel because of the price but it was far worse than i expected. We checked in and the lobby was dated as expected. When we got into the room, it smelled old and moldy with a strong air freshener odor. Rug was dirty, walls dirty, bathroom missing baseboards and furniture was dirty and old. We were in the room for less than 5 minutes when i decided i wasn’t staying. As i was grabbing my suitcase i saw cockroaches. Very gross.

No tv as it did not work. No Wi-Fi and there was no continental breakfast as advertised!!! Never will I go to a Ramada again!!

The Ramada needs to be updated. The rugs are old and the walls need paint. The furniture is old and the bed was uncomfortable.

Stay was great. Room was nice with large bathroom. Only issue is left my AirPods behind after I checked out early morning. Called the front desk about them who said he would go check and call me back. Called back minutes later and said they was no where to be found. Which is weird because they have gps and last ping was the hotel
