Great lobby, good breakfast, clean rooms, and perfect location

The front desk service attitude is good. This hotel is very noisy. The rooms are equipped with earplugs. There is a train across the road and a highway on the side. The sound insulation is very poor.

the room that we stayed was at the Highway side, it was quite noisy during the night, if possible, for our next visit we would prefer to stay at the side that is not affected by the highway

Missed the turn in to the place better lighting would be great! Room was nice comfortable and spacoius id stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room and all amenities were accessible, beautiful and always clean. Nice breakfast every morning with coffee ;-)

I reserved my booking on Wednesday, paid in full. I arrived at the hotel on Saturday evening & was told that I did not have a reservation. The hotel failed to communicate that they were “overly book”. The receptionist attempted to insult my intelligence with questions instead of resolutions even though I provided a confirmation number. Horrible experience considering I had my children with me & a four month old.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inns but this one definitely stands out. This was one of the best ones. Customer service was great. One of first Holidays Inns I came across with Happy Hour. Everything was awesome here. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Room was ok, very small, seemed old. Staff was friendly, easy location right off the freeway and simple check in/out process. Probably wont return.

Everything was OK until about 12:00 AM when the fire alarm went off four different times between 12 AM and 1 AM you would get right back to sleep and then go off again not sure what was going on. There was no fire the front Dess said it was a mixup.

Refrigerator in room didn't work. TV remote didn't work, needed batteries. No Kleenex in room. Asked for 1 hour late check out, in person at front desk, woman seemed bothered and was rude.

Super clean and comfortable...the staff is excellent. I will definitely stay here again. A shout out to Pearl who met my room location needs.

We stay here quite often and it is always clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is good and the property is a very nice modern look.

I got a problem with check in. By ******* my room suppose to be with bath tube. But originally holiday inn don’t have one king bed with bath tube, only two kings bed room. That’s good manager helps me to figure out and switch my room to another one with a bath tube. ******* please fix room details on your website, this is important for me
