The Bertram Inn & Conf Ctr, Trademark Collection Hotel

The hotel was probably at one time very nice but the years of minimal upgrades has taken its toll. The decor is outdated and lots of wear and tear on the furniture,wallpaper etc. We were there for a wedding nearby and this was chosen as a common gathering place but I would not recommend if you have a choice.

Don't believe the website. No deluxe king jacuzzi rooms with fireplace and fridge. Pool closed. No room service. Needs many updates.

Beautiful place to stay. Very friendly, and accommodating staff! My room was quiet and my stay enjoyable!

AC did not work and I was moved to another room on the other side of the building in the middle of the night. Card key failed to work twice for both rooms. Terrible selection of channels with cable or satellite. Toilet ran constantly.

A special thank you to the GM Derrick and the staff. The GM and staff are professional, accommodating, friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great. My son stayed here a couple weeks ago for the weekend and his room was clean, in good condition and they set his room apart from a large group for his privacy. We also stayed as a family for1 week for the holidays to visit family and friends and had the same great experience @ the Bertram. We were residents of Aurora for 30 years so really appreciate staying at the Bertram in our home town in Aurora.

The rooms are outdated, heat does not work, keycards do not work and had to be reprogrammed several times a day. Information book in room is so outdated it is useless.

I highly recommend Bertram Inn & Conference in Aurora, Ohio since the service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it is obviously well cared for.

Perfectly serviceable hotel but needs simple updates to make my stay more enjoyable. No device chargers in wall outlets or lamps was frustrating. The decor is plain but the appearance of the carpet is worn out and needs updating or a deep clean. Their tiny gym has broken equipment and is overcrowded with equipment making it difficult to use. Their game room has a broken machine that is unplugged, either repair, replace or get rid of it. Staffing seems to be very lean.
