The room I booked was a 20-foot room with a double bed, but the room they gave me was a very small room and a small single bed. The ventilation system did not work. The bathroom light was broken and did not light up. When I protested, I was told that the rooms were all full and we did not have another room if I had already booked. I was told the price of this room was higher than what you paid for, and I had to accept it because it was late and I was alone. They had a really ugly encounter. I will never go to this hotel again and I advise everyone not to think about this hotel at all. The manager of this hotel is really rude and greedy.

***長這麼大沒住過這麼差的房間 先説説服務 ***我們定了三人間三張床 給我們一張雙人床 我們要求換房間是沒有 我們看到空房間也不給換 我們沒辦法了 住了一宿 第二天要求換房也不給換 有空房也説沒有 很不耐煩 很討厭的語氣 （我們發誓全程特別友善和諧禮貌的問）後面找攜程幫忙 攜程打電話 酒店以不會英語直接掛電話 攜程找這邊業務經理也沒解決 發郵件人家根本不看 攜程也是沒辦法讓我下去溝通 我下去三趟都不理會我們 還讓我們離開吧枱 後面我們實在沒辦法了 我求人家酒店 酒店第三天晚上才給我們安裝了一個寬80公分的小床前兩晚睡地上兩個人 空調是壞的 半個小時自動關掉 然後水電經常給我們斷 還要跑下去跟他説沒電了他才給開 他們家很恐怖 真的很無語 在這裏説一句攜程服務真的好 酒店服務簡直垃圾 瞧不起人的感覺 説早餐 早餐讓人噁心 麪包自己拿 配菜一丟丟 那**不知道為啥要這麼差勁 還有一個年輕的簡直就是**** 跟他們用翻譯軟件 不管你説什麼 人家都是不知道 不愛看 你愛咋地咋地 愛住不住的態度 因為攜程定的六晚 不能退房不能改 我們沒辦法衹能住 真的希望後面的大中國朋友不要踩坑 他家旁邊酒店簡直是天堂 我們住滿了六天馬上搬到了隔壁 隔壁酒店服務讓人心情舒暢愉悦 環境也好 空調也好 就是左手邊一百米這個酒店 推薦 價錢比他家還便宜九塊呢 以上我保證屬實 若有參假我是狗 **千萬不要去踩這個*** 我第一次給人家評論這麼多 是真的差 朋友們自己鑒定吧 我不匿名評價
