Overall, the staff were very professional and accommodating. But didn’t like the food that much. I also hope their breakfast is available for online booking.

The room is good, however I notice the distinct smell at the LOBBY area, The rats keep running around and the sofa smells awful. I'm not really sure why the receptionist can't smell that smell... I hope they can do something about the smell....

The hotel is okay as well as their staff, only that we had to ask for toilet paper because there was none in the bathroom. They also advertise buffet, which they used to offer but sadly, we were surprised it was plated but cost us their previous buffet price. ☹️

We enjoyed our stay at GT Hotel the place is clean, staff are friendly, amenities are nice and complete. It is easy to find and at the heart if the city. I will recommend this to my friends and relatives.

Very good hotel, the city of Bacolod is not big, the location is very close to the church, the room is spacious, the bedding is clean, we stayed for two nights.

The hotel ruined our beautiful experience here in Bacolod. They had 5-hour water supply interruption without giving us advisory and no immediate solution done. The wifi is also bad, and so the complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping is bad. Really terrible hotel experience.
