Une famille de réfugiés ukrainiens, souhaitant profiter d'un endroit paisible, a réservé via le site de la "Maison du Lac". Une incompréhension liée à la langue et l'ambiguïté présente sur le site : vous pouvez indiquer 4 personnes et ne réserver qu'une seule chambre, ce qu'ils ont malheureusement fait, a conduit à un problème. Arrivés à la maison du lac, face au problème, le propriétaire n'a en aucune manière été conciliant, seule proposition : payer une seconde chambre. Au vu du surcoût engendré, cette famille s'est trouvée dans l'obligation d'effectuer un retour dans leur lieu d'accueil dans la nuit. Après contact auprès du propriétaire, ce dernier a accepté le remboursement, à titre exceptionnel de cette réservation. Il a même indiqué , par mail, qu'il avait transmis les coordonnées bancaires à son comptable. Malgré de multiples relances, aucun remboursement n'a été effectué. Accueil très peu sympathique, échange téléphonique agressif et manque de tenue de parole. Il est vraiment inadmissible de la part d'un prestataire touristique de ne pas avoir un geste humain envers des personnes fragiles.
