Le Corti del Turchese

We made a reservation for 5 days, on the day of check-in they told us that there was a problem and that was why we had to spend the first two days in another accommodation (Il Borgo dei Pescatori), we went and found a different accommodation than the one we had. We had booked, but this is not the problem. When we arrived at the new accommodation they charged us EUR 70 for the pet, then when we arrived at the original accommodation they charged us the pet fee again (EUR 50). We reported this to the agency who assured us that they would refund us the EUR 70 we initially paid. At first they told us that it would be done in the following week, after this period we have contacted them several times and they have not responded to us again. We consider this a scam.

Very basic apar**ent, it does not have an oven, microwave or washing machine. AACC only in the dining room. There was an infestation of ants. There was also no toilet paper, not even to be able to wash. It should be noted that it has a good pool, but it closes at 7:30 in the afternoon.

The structure is beautiful and with a breathtaking view. Cleanliness is good. Excellent bar and pool service. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly but at the reception they are not able to solve even the smallest problem. Reports (daily) for a front door that doesn't close or an air conditioner that doesn't work in temperatures over 37 degrees are postponed from day to day until departure and then told that you are an arrogant troublemaker and that they "can't do anything about it ". Apparently there are no maintainers or managers to interface with. Same fate for the charge for sheets during check-in. The comments about the fact that they were already included in the overnight stay (as indicated on the site) were of no avail because the answer is always the same: "we can't do anything about it, they made a mistake on the site"
