"The hotel is adjacent to the Municipal Party School, and across the road is a leisure square. The view outside the window is wide and it is relatively quiet at night. The hotel rooms are relatively small and lack shelves for luggage. The breakfast variety is less than that of other hotels and the taste is average. The hotel service is proactive and enthusiastic. "The hotel building is very high, the view outside the window is good, and the location is very good. There are many choices for eating not far away. The lobby is large, the decoration is novel, the room is large, the bathroom is large but there is no separation of dry and wet, I can't understand why such a large room does not have a curtain to pull it, and it is even more outrageous that the floor drain of the water is under the basin, so every time I use the shower toilet, it is the water of the big beach. I feel that I will slip if I am not careful (see Figure 1) The breakfast is still quite rich."

HOLLICK HOTEL

We stayed at Hollick within Luneng, on the west slope of Changbai Mountain.
It's closer to the south slope but further from the west slope, about a 20-minute drive to Wanda. It's a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car.
Hyatt Regency has its own mini-program, and all the benefits are in the QR code. It's not very close to the adventure park or Kui Lu Farm.
The food at Hyatt Regency is really bad. There's not a single good restaurant in the adjacent commercial street, so definitely avoid eating there. It's a bit far to drive to Songjianghe Town and Wanda Resort, which really needs improvement, otherwise, the experience is greatly diminished. The hotel has plenty of free parking spaces.
The scenery at Hollick is truly beautiful. In the morning, you can see distant mountains and mist, and at night, the fountains downstairs sparkle, making night-mode photos look like paintings. You can also enjoy a wonderful starry sky while strolling around the hotel.
We used the hot springs included in the benefits, but didn't experience much else. Breakfast was at Magpie Tree across the street, and it was good, though the selection was a bit limited. We went to a bonfire party in the evening, watched the iron flower show, and there was also a smoke and light show in the plaza downstairs, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. My child loved the children's playground downstairs.
We stayed for six nights and were generally satisfied. The room was spacious, and the hardware and infrastructure were all very new. The service was prompt. The decor has a modern, log-cabin feel. Although the furniture is laminate wood, at least the style is consistent. Hollick offers good value for money.
One minor drawback was that, as autumn approached, we had quite a few small flies on two days. The hotel promptly helped deal with them, but I'm not sure if the screens weren't great or if the windows were left open during cleaning. Having so many small flies around the window was a bit off-putting.
The shower in the second bathroom was a bit difficult to use, but it was a product issue, not broken.

The hotel facilities are complete, with lots of space for kids to play, and the decor style is perfect for families with children. The room is very large; it feels like four or five people could comfortably stay in one room. The room is clean and hygienic. There are public commercial facilities and hot springs on the island, but you need to drive to them. The hotel front desk service was warm and thoughtful. They even gave us a takeout box for the leftover eggs and bread from breakfast, and when we checked out, they gave each of us a small gift and bottled water. I absolutely loved it! 😍 I'll definitely come again.

QQingxiaoNGUThe room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which was reassuring, and they smelled great too. It's very close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, and the courtyard-style design has a unique charm. They were incredibly accommodating with almost all our requests. On our last day, after coming down from the mountain, we booked a 4-hour day-use room to rest before our evening flight, and they let us stay for 6 hours without any extra charge. They even helped us arrange a free taxi to the airport.

MM448837****Traveling with my daughter, I was worried about the safety of private car services. When I was looking for a hotel, I saw reviews praising this place's owner for being incredibly warm and helpful with arranging both private and shared car services. The guesthouse itself was also described as very clean and tidy. I booked it without hesitation, and indeed, I was extremely happy with our room. The owners were incredibly attentive and looked after us very well. The next day, I needed to go to South Slope Heavenly Lake and then rush to Erdaobaihe, and both owners arranged everything perfectly for us. We even got lucky and saw Heavenly Lake! My daughter is a huge fan of 'The Lost Tomb' (稻米), and she had an absolutely fantastic time. A great guesthouse with wonderful owners always brings good luck to guests!

Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed.
Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic.

TTop IssarapongWe had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells.
Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good.
Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing!
Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by smiling front desk staff, which made me feel right at home. The hotel lobby is bright, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a hot spring to relieve the day's fatigue. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of choices, which was perfect for us heading to Changbai Mountain to refuel. The best part is its proximity to the Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient for a family trip like ours. The room features smart home controls, which are very handy. The room itself is bright, and the interior decor is comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it; five-star rating! I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family next time ❤️

GGehesalaThe hotel is in a great location, just over a 100-meter walk from the entrance to the West Scenic Area. It also has parking and family rooms, perfect for families driving. Restaurants are nearby, making it convenient for dining. The owner was very welcoming. We forgot something when we checked out and came down the mountain, and he promptly called our aunt to find it. Thank you very much. I'll stay here again.

MM473977****This was my first time staying in a space capsule, and the environment exceeded my expectations. I was impressed as soon as I arrived at the campsite. My kids absolutely loved it! Everything in the room was smart-controlled, and we could open the skylight to stargaze at night. It was very clean, and the bedding and amenities were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a few hundred meters from the west gate of Changbai Mountain, about a ten-minute walk to the ticket office.
We ordered a BBQ set meal, and it was very generous and a great value, plus it tasted delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied and wished we could have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
