When I arrived at the hotel the told me at the check in that my reservation was cancelled and that they don’t have any rooms left. Even though they reached out to me the night before, asking when I would arrive. Terrible experience.

Прелестный отельчик на втором этаже старинного особняка. До старого города минут 10 пешком, до местного пешеходного «Арбата» с кафе и бутиками - и того меньше. Мы жили в номере с балконом с видом во двор, и все было прекрасно - уборка каждый день, вода в душе горячая, напор хороший, одеял, подушек, банных принадлежностей много. А какой вид! На завтрак был шведский стол из всякой всячины, а чай-кофе и горячие блюда (омлет, яичницу и тд) администратор из Индии готовил по заказу - все горячее и свежее. В зале, где проходят завтраки кстати есть пара столиков на балконе и фортепьяно (не расстроенное, кто-то из постояльцев даже упражнялся на нем по утрам). Думаю, если вернёмся в Баку, то остановимся только тут. PS русскоговорящий персонал в отеле есть, но именно администраторы-индийцы по-русски не понимают. Но в целом отзывчивые и заботливые, и на базовом английском объяснить им, в чем вам нужна помощь, вполне возможно.

Aprendo la porta si viene colpiti in faccia da una ventata di spezie indiane. Gli ambienti sono carini con luci e colori molto accoglienti, tuttavia l'impianto idraulico tradisce la vetustà dell'edificio che risale alla fine dell'ottocento, 1883 appunto. L'igiene è moolto disinvolta, ma gli asciugamani vengono cambiati quasi tutti i giorni. Il personale è il vero valore aggiunto di questo piccolo hotel: tutti gentilissimi e premurosi
