Llegamos al hotel y la fachada y entrada del mismo, parece un hotel nuevo, la recepción bastante bien y el personal amable y correcto, nos comentan el tema del aparcamiento (10 euros por día, decidimos aparcar fuera que hay bastante sitio y te ahorras los 10 euros diarios), también el tema del desayuno (8,50 euros por persona y día, bastante caro para lo que suele ser un desayuno, teniendo en cuenta que somos cuatro personas, decidimos desayunar fuera, ya que estaremos 3 días). Entramos a la habitación y lo primero que nos encontramos es una telaraña bastante grande (araña incluida) en el techo, pelos en las camas, no hay caja fuerte ni minibar, las paredes perecen de papel y se oye todo, puertas un poco deterioradas, olor a tuberías y paredes un poco sucias, teléfono de ducha con pérdida de agua. Se nos olvidó hacer fotos. En conclusión, para dormir una noche sirve, pero nada más, una lástima, porque la zona está bien y tranquila.

The installations were fine in general, the staff was nice, the beds were comfortable but the food was not second to none, and there was a very restricted variety. I wish the bathrooms, and specially the shower were bigger, you barely have space to shower!

Los colchones parecen unas piedras con mantas las almohadas son una bolsa de risketos la alcachofa de la ducha te da en la cabeza (170cm) y no se puede subir lo único bueno es que esta cerquilla de la Warner me han tocado la puerta a las dos de la mañana (la recepcionista) estaba dormido. Además me he ido a tumbar en la cama y se a roto y me querían cobrar. También había una raja enorme en el techo( parecía que se iba a caer) No recomiendo para nada este hotel encima está a casi dos horas de cualquier sitio ( menos de la Warner)

Hemos estado muy cómodos, las camas son bastante cómodas, el personal muy atento.
Solo pongo un "pero" las habitaciones no están muy insonorizadas y por las mañanas cuando salen los grupos escolares excursión se forma mucho escándalo y te enteras de absolutamente todo, quizás la distribución de las habitaciones deberían de hacerla de otra manera, los grupos escolares en las plantas más bajas y el resto de clientes en las altas, de esta manera pienso yo, evitas escuchar todo el jaleo que se forma en el hall, nosotros estuvimos en la planta baja y por las mañanas era imposible dormir del jaleo que se forma en esa planta.

Somos una familia numerosa que hemos repetido por tercera vez este año. Nosotros fuimos para visitar el parque Warner y turismo por Madrid. Se encargan de la gestión de las entradas de manera rápida y eficiente. Tiene un precio bastante asequible, habitaciones limpias. Lo mejor, el personal. Gente super amable, que te atiende a cualquier hora del día e incluso a horas intempestivas de la noche!! Seguro repetiremos alguna vez más

Baño sucio con pelos. Falta de enchufes en las mesillas para conectar el móvil. La television fallaba la antena cada dos por tres. Las almohadas de mala calidad, muy incómodas. No dispone de frigorífico.

Hemos estado una semana y ha estado bien. Buena atención y las cenas hay varias opciones. También hay opción de tomar algo. El buffet para desayunar tenía variedad. Un hotel de paso, recomendaciones. Entre semana más vacío, se llena a partir del viernes
