Amazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

Enjoyed the pool facility and countless activities. Walking distance to restaurants, roadside shopping and kita beach Downside - One of the worst hotel breakfast i had, it is at max a 3star quality. Hotel was handling 1000pax that weekend and we were at the back up place for breakfast at 830am which is bad - smokey area with temporary egg and dosai station. The food selection is terrible, of low quality Daytime renovation right above the room, it was so annoying

Stayed with family for 4 days. The location of the hotel with a lot of space. The use of staff is sincere. Got the required room service. Rooms are cleaned regularly every day. The swimming pool area is great. Basketball and volleyball equipment are certainly exceptions. A pool is composed of several pools. The water must be fresh. The living room (family room) is quite big. The morning buffet breakfast had many combinations of food. With live local music. 100% recommanded.

- Good Location : just 3-4kms from Denpasar airport & around 2kms from the Kuta beach. - Connectivity: Frequent cabs on the road passing by so stopping them and traveling wasn't the issue. We used the GoJek app and we found it to be really fast. - Rooms: Clean and as per the picture. The pool was very clean and water circulation controls inside the room so that makes things easier. - Breakfast: Decent options for a basic breakfast, I felt they can improve in this area. - Staff: Excellent people and very well managed. Overall a great place is worth every penny. Cons: A few wall seepage needs to be repainted. bathroom door didn't lock. The door alignments need correction.

This was my first time staying at this location of the Sheraton. Every single minute of our stay was absolutely incredible. Anggi checked us in and was so friendly and hospitable, she really has a very warm presence and is in the best position in front of house greeting new guests. Our room was not ready, and when it was, Anggi promptly contacted me on WhatsApp, and when we got to the room, our luggage was already in there, which was very convenient. The breakfast service is impeccable. The staff always greet you by name and and are very helpful in getting your coffee and food orders. We enjoyed sundowners at the rooftop bar as well as the happy hour in the pool. Service was always great. Everything was always fresh, well-made and delicious. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which is so convenient and also is directly across from the Kuta beach. This road does get insanely busy and traffic is an issue, however, this hotel and staff hospitality more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this hotel. When I go back to Kuta, I will definitely stay here again.

We made a last minute booking and were really happy that we found this great suprise. Rooms are basic with huuuuge bed that is good for a night sleep or a daytime nap. Complimentary water on both of the days that we stayed. But what really makes the place is it’s stunning swimming pool..would definitely stay here again before our flight out. Plus points also for the location. But if you like your steaming hot showers then heads up no hot water in the room.

Another points: 8) The bed is so so so nice, very soft and feel comfortable but the blanket had a little bit dirty but it's recovered with the soft bed and pillow. 9) No fridge, no iron, no breakfast, no lift (3rd floor), no swimming pool (budget hotel). 10) I having problem at the 1st night examples no electricity and hot water a bit slow but staff settling it the next day.
