Blue Lagoon Avia Villas

Ceningan Island Bali|0.14km from Blue Lagoon Cliff Jump
This was the most expensive stay we booked for our months travel through Bali and the islands.I was so looking forward to the one night that we had booked there at $300 a night. We were early so waited in the restaurant area for 1.5 hours and had some lunch until the room was ready. The restaurant looks run down too and in desperate need of a repaint with stains and it just looked old and this place isnt that old.Staff were good.Beautiful views of Blue Lagoon and the food was OK.Into our room which was a Seaview cottage but you dont have a sea view at all.I stood on our couch on tippy toes and could just make out the sea in the background. The unit is fenced for privacy but you have no views at all except for bamboo fencing. You have a private pool which was cold and so over chlorinated that I had to shower after being in the pool because you stunk of chlorine.Room was nice but small and the bathroom was pretty too but the shells hanging around the shower were missing shells and had seen better days.Better to remove them than to have the broken strands hanging there,BEER....Big problem getting a cold beer. There must be no rotation of the beers being put into the fridge and 4 times we had to return beers that were hot(husband not happy about that). No breakfast for $300 a night and had to be purchased but was nice.I would not book here again but would recommend coming for lunch or dinner to soak up the view. That never got old and you could see turtles floating around in the bay.Underwhelming would be how I describe the Villas.Mini Mart up the road for supplies if you need them and cold beer

The Dafish Ceningan was such a nice break for us. As a family traveling for a long time and with two little girls we needed to slow down for a bit. Ceningan can be the perfect spot for this - but Dafish is also a great location for a snorkeling/diving/surfing holiday. Dana and the rest of the Staff made us feel like home. In general people are very kind and real on this little gem of an island. We loved to relax by the pool and have slow breakfast in the common area. The smoothie bowl was superb! The location is perfect for visiting secret beach point and blue lagoon. We will come back again some day.

Simply wonderful villa experience. We stayed in Villa Tinggi, which was perfect for our family of 4 - especially two bathrooms with a teenager. The views are breathtaking, and staff super responsive via their preferred communication channel WhatsApp. It was great having a pool as part of our villa - perfect when returning from activities, especially if walking up the stairs. There is a nice range of snacks and drinks provided within the Villa - but I'd certainly recommend stocking up via the local warungs to save a few $$. Filtered water is provided free of charge, and we had no issues using. Also, if your ferry provider doesn't include transfers to the villa, they will come get you for free - I'd recommend checking before you leave Sanur so you can prearrange that. Free transfers are also provided via the O'Hana shuttle, including to get to O'Hana for food and drinks (which is great). But the restaurants at the bottom of the steps are worth checking out and are easy walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. Hopefully we'll be back!

Now called” rumah marta ” amazing place. Views to die for .great value for money.they don t promote themselves enough. Beautiful family.the food you see on menu is made across road at their cousin s restaurant. We tried other restaurants and then realised about this menu right here under our nose. We had spring rolls . Chicken wrap . Indonesian flavour chicken, and a noodle dish. Ever bite was delightful so much so we decided to try their desert. Chocolate spring rolls 😍 and crispy banana fritters . We have not had this quality food yet since we got here and will def have more. Never fails to amaze me that we can overlook food close to home.it was not much promoted but do yrself a favour . Go eat a few places nearby then have this deliscious food.they bring it to your room . We had balcony room so was perfect romantic dinner for 2.so delighted.tomorrow will be our last night so we ll have another. Glad we realised before we moved on...

Nusa Lembongan
From the moment you enter the property you experience such a warm welcoming atmosphere. The place is spotless, with manicured garden, cozy and spacious bungalows, big pool for adults and kids. The location is very good: not next to the main road that makes you forget that there are other people on the island. At the same time, it’s very easy to get to all places around Lembongan, short trip to explore Ceningan island or take a boat to stunning Penida. Amazing Wayan will cook delicious meals and fresh juices. If you like fish, ask what was caught that day and it’ll be cooked to perfection. Super helpful Ketut can organise any activity on the island for you including the whole logistics, so you do not need to deal with anyone, just enjoy. Staying here you somehow feel like you are a part of the family. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem once we are on Lembongan.
