Exclusive and atmospheric. Beautiful gardens surrounding villas, pool and restaurant. All very enchanting. The number one asset here is the staff. Professional and friendly. We only ate breakfast here and the muesli is delicious, Coffee hot and the juices fresh.

Small villa. Pics make it look big. Says has microwave, fan and dining area etc but it doesn’t. They did go and get us a pedestal fan. We came from the best villa at Bali Emerald Villa in Sanur and it doesn't even compare. Food orders always wrong. Soggy wet spinach put on toastie to have a sloppy mess. Green hair from pool. Staff were friendly. Over priced and bland food. Pool filter doesn't work, even after we cleaned it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Aroma villas. The hotel is extremely well run by friendly staff and manager. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. The pools were lovely and the private villas were so relaxing. A pretty close walk to the beach. We had a great stay and would come back again. The villa really need some face lift and need need appliance. Eventho all still works, but supet all. The rusty fridge is really not supposed to be ther. The rusty stove..moldy wall. It has a great basic as a villa, good building but with better maintenance they even can have more competitive rate. The location is great, just walk a little bit to the beach from their secret pathway at the back.

Villa overall was good. Fresh towels and linen, always cleaned well. Taps on sink so hard to move due to lime scale. Too much chlorine in pools and not enough sun loungers. Green hair! Not enough staff in restaurant causing slow service. Great location but beach litter and pollution a problem. Burning of rubbish everywhere causing toxic fumes. Villa resort across the road is good for pool and loungers with swim up bar and food service. 50,000 IDR per lounger for the day, approx £2.50pp.

We stayed for 10 days, in two different villas. The villas are nice and private with your own pool and well eqquipd. The staff is very helpful at any time, and gives service with a smile a new dimension. We would recomend Bali Aroma to anyone who plans a relaxing stay i Seminyak area. Bjorn

Excellent location with access to the beach and to cafes. Large property of about 200sqm for most villas. With private pool (5ft deep) and kitchen, bar, refrigerator and microwave and hot cold water dispenser. Delicious breakfast as well. Polite and knowledgeable staff.

The resort is rundown and dated, don’t be fooled by the pics that are old. The bathrooms were open air outdoors which we understand is common in villas in Bali however did not enjoy showering with the algae mould and frogs. One toilet leaked constantly so your feet or cloths got wet if you used that toilet. The resort has a mosquitoes galore they did do a smoking process which helped but you could not sit outside at night because of the mosquitoes and insects. A ceiling fan outside would have made the stay much more comfortable as it is a tropical island. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and linen changed every day. The real positive was the staff. They were just beautiful people who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Lesson learned is book a place with an internal bathroom. The only part of the villa that has air conditioning is the bedrooms. Might be good for a family as the villas were very large

The villa looks so old and worn out, the walls show signs of wear and no repair made. The Mosquito plug they have did not work No Mosquito net provided The pool was old with tiles on the bottom broken and dirty The kitchen cooker/hob did not look like ot had been cleaned in years The only reason we entered the kitchen was to refill water from the cooler The bathroom was littered in red ants with nothing done to stop them coming. Breakfast was average, nothing special. If you can stay elsewhere I would reccommend that.
