Bagus Beach Resort

Lovina Bali|1.56km from Villa tulip
Sometimes you find a hotel or resort that immediately makes you feel calm, relaxed, and grateful you've booked the right place. Bagus Beach Resort is definitely in this category. From the moment I stepped into the vast grounds resplendent with old Bali charm, I knew it was going to feel like home very quickly. I was immediately greeted by the resort manager, Pak Widi, who is extremely friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable about the region's attractions and history, as well as about Balinese culture. Make sure you spend some time talking to him, he's a really lovely guy! The resort itself perfectly captures the mood of North Bali tourism: peaceful, relaxed, slower-paced, it's a bit like stepping back in time to 20 years ago, when travelers stayed for about a month, learnt some Indonesian and Balinese, whiled away the days reading books and walking, and just growing to really love and respect the place. The room I stayed in couldn't have been cozier, and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast prepared by Pak Widi's beautiful wife, Ibu Jero Made, was absolutely delicious - she makes the island's best 'jaje Bali' - traditional sweets. She's extremely talented, and a very kind soul. Bali's tourism industry will be suffering from the impact of Covid-19 for a long time to come, and the more remote parts of the island especially so. If you want to really make your rupiah count, skip the south and head up to the north. You'll be rewarded in spectacular sunsets and grateful smiles for doing so! Thank you so much Pak Widi and Ibu Jero Made, sampai ketemu lagi!

We have my companion and I loved to stay at The Hamza Hotel. After starting Bali with 3 days in Ubud, a very interesting small stay in the land but with a lot of tourists we loved to meet on the mountains of Lovina in a quiet and relaxing place. Our hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The view of the swimming pools and the sea is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, there are very nice small paths and tables to isolate to write or read for example, The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the beach, The receptionist ordered the hotel taxi for the return and the return (paying but reasonable service), Thanks to the manager, the receptionist (Yogi) and our server (Putu) for your professionalism and for the times passed with you. We loved everything and we'll return to it during our next stay in Bali!! NB: 4 days in Lovina, it's at least what's needed to swim with the dauphins, visit the Buddhist temple, the water cascades, the sources of hot natural water and go to eat and drink in front of the subset Mentari (border of the water) Simon & Celia

It feels that the sea here is not as beautiful as the sea south. Maybe it's the weather. The hotel is also near the sea. The room has a balcony. You can see the sea from the balcony. Breakfast was ok. I was given a glass of fruit juice at the door, and we were especially considerate for the long-distance lap. To watch the dolphins from here, just leave at 5:30 in the morning. It's worth seeing the cute dolphin cormorant jumping and chasing in the water.

The building, room, interior and exterior are awesome. Unfortunately, the hospitality of the staff especially the front office lady could be better, since the front office position is also known as the representative of the hotel. Smile and a warm greeting wont hurt anyone. We actually wanted to extend our stay for 1 more night, so we called the front office. We do understand the room that we stayed in was not availabe to be extended, it’s not about the availability actually, it’s more about how the way the lady delivered the information. It could be delivered in a better with a tourism hospitality manner. The front office could also be more informative on the room availability and explain the price and facilities just in more chill and welcoming voice tone. Therefore, we decided to not extend our stay and move to other hotel nearby which really boosted up the rest of our stay in Lovina. But overall, I do appreciate the art taste of whoever build or own the hotel, the artistic concept is the highlighted point to our stay in padmasari. Thank you.

Dolphin beach bali hotel is a simple hotel, next to the ocean, in Lovina area. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean bedsheet, clean bathroom, and the most important...it is steps away to the boat from the hotel property. And the price is reasonable You can reserve the boat for the morning time to see the dolphin, swim with the dolphin too. Over all, Dolphin beach bali hotel is a good place to stay in lovina area. Enjoy!
