They was rude i paid for a hot tub room the hot tub didn't work and the tv was broke they wouldn't give us another room i will never go back

The front desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms and buildings are just in a state of disarray. There are burn marks everywhere, the room was filthy, insects in the room, and the doorframe was broken from where someone had broken down the door. L

This is my worst experience in hotels property is so old dirty, NO INTERNET in the room and when I called the receptionist about that she said sorry the system is down.. NO remote control for TV , plus the lady in the Office is extremely rude

The room"s floors were uncarpeted and filthy. Overhead light in bedroom out of order. No tv remote, replacement remote did not work on TV. Bathroom floor and mirror filthy. No hot or cold water in bathroom sink. Absolutely horrible. Someone should inspect this place and close it down !!

Do not stay here. management does not run this place the ***** that rome the parking lot and live at the hotel do. *********ing going on shady people hanging around the parking lot and our truck, you just don't feel safe. We paid $160 for the honeymoon suite figuring my wife and I of 30 years were gonna have a great night with a hot tub and extra large king size bed, oh my God NO! The electric in the building was also not to standard , the hot tub was dirty, and half the lights weren't working . This Place is a drug infested RAT HOLE and should be shut down. We are contacting our bank to get a full refund cause we checked in at about 7pm and checked out around 12am cause my wife was scared.
