In particular, I would like to commend Restaurant Manager Amit for his outstanding care and attention. As senior citizens, my companion and I have specific dietary needs. Amit and his team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being. They very kindly accommodated our requests and prepared delicious, customized meals that catered perfectly to our health requirements. Amit's attentiveness and genuine care made our stay at the Grand Mercure truly enjoyable. Thanks to his efforts, we felt incredibly comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. A beautiful hotel with nice view . A well maintained environment with a friendly staff. Continental food, it not only has delicious but also local authentic food with nice explanations all around. Overall great place to stay and would recommend.

Great stay. Professional and Friendly Staff. Great job by the staff overall for coordinating this absolutely seamless and wonderful experience. Also, great fun to encounter the various tourists that throng this hotel from all parts of the world.

Amazing stay at the property. Duty Manager Mr. Karan who was very warm and he explained us the hotel facilities well thoroughly. And all the staff members were very kind. Check out done by vibhu who was very helpful. Definitely we will visit again...
