I booked this hotel specifically because the description says airport shuttle service. They do not have shuttle service. They offered to book taxi for us. We discovered that their taxi charges @25% higher than what we found on the street in front of the hotel. Trip refused to deal with or correct the advertisement on their site?
No toothbrushes/combs/ or hand soap. No footwear for the shower.no hot water. No drinking water in room. There was a ‘fridge with four cans of beer ….70 baht per can.
Air conditioning unit spilled water on my friend’s backpack after @1 hour of operation.Answer: Turn it off or down.
Swimming pool large enough for two strokes end-to-end; one stroke side-to-side.
We booked a triple…. One double bed and two twins. The twins were cots.I was lucky;I got to share the bed.
I think in future we would find an alternative resting place.

When I was going to continue my stay, we went out at noon, and when we came back in the afternoon, the guest room lady had already tidied up the room for us and my things had been tidied up for me too! Such considerate service! The management of this hotel is really good. We had a very happy stay and were very comfortable. The hot water heated up quickly, the air conditioner was powerful, the bed was super big and soft, and the quilts, pillows and curtains were all new. I felt that the price was worth it Yes, I often stay in hotels, but the service and management of this hotel are the best I have ever stayed in. It really feels like home! Give me a big thumbs up and recommend it. I wish the store a prosperous business! It’s great!
