clean, nice service. A bit noisy at day time since it’s near the road and there’s bad traffic over BKk. Generally it is a nice hotel. They will provide iron if you ask. The breakfast is just ok, I recommend not to eat there but find a nice cafe nearby instead (Factory is a nice one) The pool is a very small but it’s enough if you just wanna get a nice insta snap very convenient location, all famous spots and shopping mall stay within 20mins taxi or even faster if you take the grab motor bike

Visited Amari Bangkok on 2/1-6/1/24. The rooms are huge with fantastic views. Perhaps, I was located at level 30. It’s is a pity that I do not have a chance to stay at those upgraded rooms, not sure which level they are located. Breakfast buffet spread do changed daily with good selection and quality of food. I really loved their mopping, waffles, pancakes and soy milk w Chinese dough (you tiao)! Do not miss their breakfast buffet as this is really one of the best hotel that I stay that serve good breakfast. They even have ice cream and candy floss..😁The service is great too. I will definitely visit them again.

Fantastic stay. Location is convenient for shopping, but not so for public transport, due to frequent jams at the roads around the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection, very tasty. Service was great from concierge to reception to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and were fluent in English. Very impressed with overall cleanliness, even the lobby toilet was super clean.

It’s a nice comfortable hotel with good view of the city at the 50+ floor bar & restaurant. Difficult to find hotel entrance if you are walking from BTS station/Sky Walk into the huge Central World mall. Go up to 7th floor go inside Tops supermarket & look for a door to carpark & walk over to another door to access hotel lift to lobby on 23rd floor. Alternatively go outside of Central Mall to the ground floor & look for hotel entrance at the back of the mall to take lift up to 23rd floor hotel lobby. Excellent central location if you don’t plan to go outside of hotel & Central World mall (which has so many food options & shops & departmental store) much, as it’s quite a walk to go down through the huge mall & walk to Chit Lom BTS station. Can walk via Sky Walk to Siam BTS station & Siam Paragon & also to Platinum Mall. Can take from Chit Lom BTS station to Phaya Thai station & change to Airport Rail & vice versa.

Pros: Silent / lot of shopping options below and around the hotel / good breakfast/ comfortable bed. Cons: Front staff not guest friendly/ some rooms have bad smell/ intercom & master control do not work. All the cons can be fixed if you inform the front desk; sound from the next room flushing the toilet keeps you awake. Check the room for bad smell, master control and AC condition before you occupy it, they will help you out of you report. Lights are not enough in room and especially in toilet to shave but can manage. Value for what you pay; also remember- most of what you save will be spent on taxi or tuk tuk to commute to main areas of Bangkok. I stayed with family and we took 04 rooms for 03 nights, we did Chiang Mai and Phuket and on the way back to Bangkok we took another hotel just because of the location;. Again, this hotel is worth what you pay.

Pros: 1) good breakfast with a wide range of choices: Western and Chinese. Booked breakfast for 7 nights and enjoyed it every day. 2) attentive staff and reception. We had an early flight and reception kindly allowed us to check in at 10 am. 3) The nearby Duty-free shopping center is a pleasant bonus 4) the gym is well equipt Cons: the bed mattress is not high and is a little squeezable, so I did not like it.

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

This hotel proved to be well above my expectations, it's a 4 stars but you feel like you're in a 5 stars. There are many amenities in the room and the swimming pool on the 12th floor is excellent. The Internet is very fast, which is essential for my work. The location is also very advantageous, very close to the metro and shopping malls. I will definitely book again in the future.

After covid, this place has not returned to what was the Indra Regent Hotel. Staff is still friendly and they recognize me when I come in. Place and rooms are super clean, but you can tell they are scrimping when looking at the pool area. It lacks TLC. My last visit there, at check out I was accused of smoking in the room when I did not. I picked up my cigar butts to the area clean and threw them away in the room. They eventually refunded my deposit after I insisted the clerk go to the room, but that experience left a bad feeling and I have not returned. I spent 36 years in business around customers and customer service, so I know a little bit about how to treat the regulars of your business. To their credit, Indra has apologized. I may go back, not sure at this point

The location is very close to the Pratunam Market, within a five-minute walk. The counter is very friendly. When there are only twin rooms in the room, the staff help me to make a bed. The environment is clean and comfortable, but the water pressure in the bathroom is low, but The bathroom drains quickly and there are no damp problems. It is not suitable for light sleepers, because there will be a lot of noise from the train passing by, and I don't care too much because I am traveling alone.

Stay in pratunam for several days, its near everything, arl station, mall, market, food area, skincare store etc. I came before check-in time for keep my suitcase, so i can enjoy the town first. The lobby area not so big, only several seats available and there is scales so you can check your suitcase’s weight. I got room at 3rd floor, the room full with mirror, the shower is big and the hotel provide bathrobe, refrigerator and hairdryer. The matress is soft, the room quite big with many little cupboard and tv got many channel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They welcome me with smiles and greetings. I arrived a day earlier than my actual check-in date and the reception managed to find me a reasonably priced room as it was closed in the middle of the night. It's very clean and I love the colorful paint, they brighten up your day whenever you enter the room. Although the room is small, it is worth it. The area is concentrated and easily accessible. There are some halal restaurants nearby and also in front of the hotel. Just walking distance to Prarunam market. I love this place.

I went to Bangkok with my family for 5 days, we booked 2 rooms at Aowmana. It was a pleasent stay, the hotel situated in pratunam market just right beside Baiyoke Sky Building. The standard room was big enough for 2 or 3 person . They provide towel and basic amenities (exclude tootbrush). You can always hopping around the pratunam market whenever you want. The ARL Ratchaprarop station is less than 10minutes walk. The staff were nice and helpfull. They don't serve breakfast, but there is a restaurant on top floor. We order some food but the taste was so so. Cons : 1.the AC blower is right above the bed . 2. if the market is ongoing, the hotel can not be seen and the entrance will be on the other side. Yes, I recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the near future, because I missed Browny their dog who always greet us in the lobby .
