It was my third trip to the hotel during the last months and I was very disappointed to see that the service quality is degrading . When I checked in , Jane , the receptionist , was having not a nice attitude , creating a feeling of not very satisfied from her work place . Later on , we arrived the room and it had some hair on the floor - indicating that the cleaning is not their first priority . The breakfast is good and the location as well

Location really good,train station nearby. Quiter area but plenty amenities around. Very welcoming staff,hotel very clean. The ”Prime” restaurant on the 7th floor was really good! Sky bar was great, lovely views of the city. We didn't use the pool on the 8th floor but it looked a lovely spot. Plenty of toiletries provided in the room,with fresh water replenished daily. This apartment is a must-stay while in Bangkok.Its my 1st time in this apartment n it left a great impression right from the 1st day i checked in.Got a 2-bedroom unit n yes luv it as its fully equipped with wat i wanted.A washer dryer so tat i do not haf laundry when im back home!!!kitchen amenities n yes location!! Walking distance to the BTS stn prom phong n also Emporium,Emquartier just nxt to it.Hilton hotel just opposite.. very safe plc to walk ard at night too!! Would love to stay here again whenever im visiting bangkok!!Recommended!!

None of the facilities and services are unsatisfactory. In particular, the delicate service is at a level that is difficult to experience at other hotels.The location is also directly connected to BTS Prom Phong Station, and there are many shopping malls connected, so it's good to spend time. I had a fantastic 2 nights at this hotel, it was amazing. Everything feels so modern and brand new. The staff from the moment of arrival were so friendly. The room was modern design, nice bathtub & the most comfy bed. The fitness centre was well equipped, so well designed and thought out. Swimming pool was amazing too, really unique design. The breakfast buffet was excellent, such a wide variety of dishes. The muffins were amazing! The location is also great, 5-10 minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS and Emporium mall. I haven't got a single negative about the hotel, honestly it was a perfect 2 night stay.

The design style of the new hotel is very approachable and makes people feel comfortable. The welcome drink is very special and delicious, even better than the drinks we ordered at other bars. The noon who received us was very kind and talkative. It was my birthday and she prepared it with my colleagues. Great surprise and cake. It was great to stay here for three days. The room facilities were clean and tidy and the tea bags were delicious. The location is in an alley next to Thonglor Station. It's not as noisy as living on the side of the road. It takes about eight or nine minutes to walk slowly to the BTS. It is worth mentioning that their breakfast is delicious and is semi-buffet style. I recommend trying the oatmeal porridge, waffles, and Thai dishes. They are very fresh and delicious. The hotel room is not big, but two large suitcases can be spread out. The facilities are small and medium-sized, but the service and room quality are very comfortable and do not make people feel distant.

Good location nice shopping in the area including brand new emsphere mall. and Michelin pork noodle soup right next door. Room is a bit old ans dated. Pillows are way too soft had to stack 4 pillows. The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station. The transportation is convenient, and the air conditioning and hot water are great! The breakfast buffet is not particularly rich in variety, but it is sufficient. There is a small swimming pool on the fourth floor platform, which is quite clean. The front desk clerk doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but he can communicate in English, and the bellman is proactive and enthusiastic. In short, everything is good. I will stay here again!

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

This place almost ruined my vacation. I get there shortly before 2 PM, which is the check in time. I find out that, despited having provided a credit card during the online reservation, they did not charge it and that I need to pay them with cash. I settle the bill and after 5 minutes I get my key to the room, which was the very first one on the ground floor. First thing that I notice that there aren't any windows. In fact, none of the ground floor rooms have windows as far as I could tell. This is really depressing, as the room has a prison cell feel to it and you never know what time of the day it is outside if you do not look at the clock. Also, the room looked awful. The pictures online were representative, but they also had to be at least 10 years old as well. Everything in the room was worn out. The walls had stains on them, the plugs couldn't to hold properly the European style chargers, so they did not always charged my devices. The security deposit box was missing from the room. When I asked about it, they did provide me with one. Needles to say, it was not fixed to anything, so despite being locked, you could take it away without problems. Locking it was also problematic, there was a key to it and a number pad, but no instructions. In the end I have decided not to use it. It was also too small, my 12,9 inch iPad couldn't even fit in it. However, they did recommend using said box because they do not assume responsibility for any missing valuables. But, since they do not clean the rooms on a daily basis, you don't have to worry much about that. In fact, you have to request your room to be cleaned (?!). I did it once, early in the morning, around 8 AM. I wanted it to be cleaned by 2 PM, which seemed a reasonable deadline, given that it is also the checking time and one would assume that the staff would be able to clean everything by then. To my surprise, at 2 PM, my room was untouched. I had to remind the from desk about my request and they did a rush job afterwards. The staff is not that helpful. Some of the front desk girls try to be friendly, others do not care at all. Also, there will be bugs. When I reported the insects, I have received a can of bug spray with the instruction to return it in the morning, but nothing else. The wifi was also problematic, doesn't always works, except for the front desk. The walls and doors are thin, and especially on the ground floor, you will be able to hear everything that is going on outside of your room. On the positive side, the location is rather good, the AC is working and you have your own bathroom, such as it is, on the cheap side. Also, if you are into such things, the staff doesn't seem to mind if you have guests of your own. But even so, the rooms are generally depressing and the service does not with its pay. Honestly, I think that I would have been much happier with a modern and clean hostel. I might have had to share the room/bathroom with other people, but at least some minimal standards

Room: Spacious with huge beds, not much else but can’t expect much for the room rates. Location: located about a block from the main road, so you don’t need to deal with the noise. There are street food options a block from this property that serves tasty bbq skewers. There’s also a massage spot across the hotel, 250 baht for 1 hour foot massage. 5 minute walk to BTS station, 10 minutes to Em Quartier Mall. Great value for budget travelers and would highly recommend this property

Location Walk from BTS ”Prompong” station to Tonlow direction Turn right to Soi ２６. Pass Arize Hotel Enter Soi next to the famous noodle shop ”Lun Luan” and thrust. I can see it immediately because there are people waiting for a surprise in the daytime. 10 minutes from the station? Shimoda Just named ”Ryokan” A system that takes off shoes at the entrance and puts them in the shoe box. From there, slippers. When you enter the room, it is a flooring, and the back is a ３ tatami mats. The flooring is cleaned clean, but I used my own indoor slippers. Front Japanese or Japanese woman is ＯＫ in Japanese. Room doors are not auto locks but type of locking in the middle of the door knob, so be careful not to forget when you go out. Toilet There is a simple water washing toilet. However, because it is attached later, the hole of the toilet seat and the toilet bowl is a little deviated, and in the case of a man, be careful about the tip of the tube! Air conditioner It is embedded and noisy by example. There is a sign that the filter is dirty, but it is a sleeve. My room was in the shadow of the clothes tans, and it was hard for me to make * because I didn't look good. Bed queen size, but very firm, very easy to sleep with my preference. Then, it was good to make a pillow and a Japanese style soba pillow. TV Japan Kanto · Kansai ground wave, ＢＳ, ＣＳ all available in real time!! Moreover, the image quality is very good. It may become a very rare stationary screen, but it recovers in a few seconds. This is rare among many hotels that can only see Thailand broadcasting ＋ Chungcheong Han, etc. Just watching TV, what are you in Bangkok for? I feel unavoidable. Because it is a compressor type １ door made by Toshiba, it is often cold and the sound is very quiet and I don't care. However, there are many things in advance, and there are not many things that are stretched. Washing The washbasin has no plugs, so it is inconvenient to store hot water and wash it. You can pack a poly bag and replace it with a plug. The bath room has a shower in the room, and the ”selling” of this inn has a bath. ２～３ in a bathtub of about tatami mats, the washroom is ３ people, but it is not possible to get a small bathtub in the room. However, be careful because the bathroom is slippery with bathing agents. The time to put in is from ５ in the evening to midnight. There is no overall elevator, so it is less 々 hard to carry heavy luggage up to ３ floor. There are some places that I am a little worried about, but the Japanese style inn was surprisingly calm and the TV was seen in all channels. I wonder if it will be a regular inn for a while.

Located less than a kilometer from BTS (Bangkok Train Station) Phrom Phong, this lovely little piece of beauty right in the middle of Bangkok certainly did not disappoint. Well-decorated, well-thought of and well-maintained, we had honest to goodness memorable stay here. People are lovely, attentive and kind. Rooms are of decent size, AC was working well, wifi was fast, pillow was nice, bed was soft and ok to my liking, there was a mini fridge, showers hot enough, window providing lovely Bangkok views and TV with cute Thai channels. Will defo be back here. I had a lovely stay here.

Convenient Location - close to the BTS and Many Restaurants - Emporium Mall/ EmQuatier Shopping Mall/ Cinemas/ etc. Only problem is the Air-conditioner is NOT strong enough - requires either 02 units or to install 02 more fans on the L & R of each room. If you stay on the Top L or R corner - there is NO air n unable to receive cool aircon..... The Doors require some cushioning or else u will wake up whenever someone leaves or enters.... There is a lounge n pantry and washing area on Ground Floor - useful
