this is the second time that we stay at this hotel with our family. The room was clean and the accomodation is perfect, worth for our money. In addition, the location was very superb as it located besides MRT Ladprao also the comvenient store is just 5 minutes walk. in the morning, we had a hotel breakfast at G Floor. a Bit crowdy with large group of chinese tour. The food is ok not that variety but acceptable. Next time if i have a chance would come back again.

Our favourite hotel in Bangkok. The hotel has excellent facilities, restaurants, spa, bars, shopping areas, etc It has direct access to Central Ladprao shopping mall, and it's near Chatuchak market, JODD FAIRS DanNeramit market and Union Mall. The service is absolutely perfect. We loved ”The Club” located on the last floor. Totally recommend for any type of traveller! 💖

Small hotel, in the alley, it is not recommended for unfamiliar people to check in, otherwise it may not be very convenient to go out, but the room is clean and quiet, there are also small markets and 7-11 nearby, laundry and coffee are also available. I live there because my friend's house is nearby, so it's very convenient to get in and out with a car. The price is cheap and there is no breakfast.

It seems that I am the first Ctrip user to write a review of this apartment. Let me talk about the shortcomings first: there is only one, in a quiet alley where the locals live, 1.8 kilometers away from BTS mo chit station and 1.5 kilometers away from ladprao station. It is indeed a bit far away. Bangkok is hot during the day and sweats easily on foot. Everything else is all advantages: the pictures are clean and tidy, and so is the reality! The 32m2 apartment is sunny and comfortable. Swimming and drinking beer in the swimming pool under the shadow of the trees during the day is cool! There are two main types of apartment residents, foreigners working in Bangkok and local white-collar workers (monthly rent is 16,000 baht plus utilities). The price is fair, the service is good, and the breakfast is simple and delicious. It is suitable for independent travelers who understand English. If you are traveling by renting a car or motorcycle, there are a lot of parking spaces, and the only drawback is not a problem.

The location if you would like to go chaktucak weekend market is great ! Just 1 min walk to MRT exist and 2 stops away to the weekend market , opp union mall and the hotel has its own 711 . Specially mention , please go and checkout the massage shop just located beneath the hotel , less than 30sec walk from the hotel entrance !!! I have tried 4 different massage places and this shop is the best !!! and the price the most reasonable too !!! Experienced masseur !! However the hotel room is small and no bathtub , bed is abit too hard .

The price is cheap, the hotel is very new, there is a restaurant downstairs, and the location is a bit far from the subway station, which is not convenient, but if you still know how to call grab, it will be okay. But I would like to criticize the cleanliness, the condition by joining, it is considered that there is no cleaning at the entrance to the stairs in the room on the balcony, there are a lot of bird shit, plus a big cockroach as well.

The hotel is not too big but very convenient for transportation. It was very close to Ladphao MRT about 3mns walking and very comfortable to travel which can change from the station to go to other places. The staff was very friendly and was kind. They let us late check out. The room was small but was clean. However, my little point was the noisy from the next door room or outside conversation. If you did not think to much with the noise outside of that was excellent. 8/10

Very nice village home style room. The owner lives downstairs with her maid, and her son as a smart young man works in Thailand. The Shanghai lady is very warmhearted and treats people (I’m a Chinese) like family members. This place is a bit of off the road from public transportation, and you may have to call Grab all the time to reach the Metro line. Of course unless you want to go into the Bangkok city, you could just stay here all day long to enjoy the local Thai style life. There are little convenient stores and food spots, and that will satisfy most of your normal needs.
