Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

This hotel has probably the best services in Bangkok. Great value for money. From the moment we got off the taxi, up to the moment we got our room key, the people who served us were friendly, helpful and professional. Because of the room type we chose, we did the check in on the executive lounge floor and had complimentary snacks and drinks while we waited for the room. That’s also the same floor where we had our breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located. You can use walk to the Phaya Thai BTS station using the hotel’s footbridge. From that station you can take the airport rail which can take you to the new Bangkok airport. Our room was new and clean. There was a tin of After You pineapple cookies as a gift for us in the room. Everything in the mini bar was free to consume. The pools of the hotel were cool but I preferred the one on the executive lounge floor. Great if you want some IG photos. Overall, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely recommend it to both business and couple travellers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are all great which give you a resort-feel right in the centre of the city. The spa, though comes at a hefty price tag, is so relaxing that you’ll find every inch of your muscle being properly massaged. All in all, the stay in this hotel worths every penny you spent.

Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

That's gonna be a tough one but I will try to be as neutral and honest in my review as possible. The hotel management really sucks. We arrived at the hotel and the bedsheets were dirty, not worm out, not grey due to many washes, just diry. After that they changed bedsheets and they were even dirtier; multiple yellow stains. Then they upgraded our room which was like the bare minimum, but bedsheets were dirty as well. It took them a while to finally get us clean bedsheets. I don't blame front desk stuff or ladies who clean the rooms. Rooms are clean for sure. But whoever runs this hotel should have a proper investigation why they couldn't find clean bedsheets. We met one guy who seemed like a manager with like really bad communication skills, not English, but communication skills. Another drawback is the noise, I don't know if it's common for hotels in BKK or we were just unlucky, but if you care about your sleep I suggest that you choose another hotel. Overall I would give this hotel 3.5/5

It's a nice and clean hostel, a lot better than other hostels I have visited. But keep in mind that it is still a hostel, not a hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you have any questions, and their English is very good. There's even a security guard at night, he is also very friendly. I liked the interior a lote and the atmosphere is chill. I liked the room too (I was in a 12 persons mix room, 4 of the bed where behind a wall so it was more lite 4 + 8). The beds are a bit hard, but they had curtains so you get some privacy. There wasn't really that many other people staying at the same time as me. The ac is nice too! They offer a lite box that you get your own key to, it's by your bed, where you can store valuables. But I felt like it could be quite easy for someone to break in to it.. The ladies bathroom is located on the 2. floor and the mens on the 1. floor, and there are no other toilets on the floor to use, so you might have to go up/down for going to the bathroom. There's an elevator if you don't like stair. I would recommend taking a small towel with you for drying your hands on after washing them, since there isn't any small towels or paper by the sinks. I hade the breakfast included in my booking, but I ended up only eating breakfast there one time.. It's a bit on the dull, you can choose from a few alternatives.. so I wouldn't recommend paying for it before comming there and seeing it for yourself. I would say that it's a bit outside from the centrum and the temples and so, but it's easy to take a cab. I used Grab for booking my transport, that way I wouldn't have to explain the address and you don't get too overcharged! Watch out for that, it's very common that they charge you more fore being a tourist. The same goes for tuktuks. There are some good small restaurants nearby and a lot of street food! 7-eleven's are also easily found in like every second corner. But I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Bangkok!

I stayed here for 3 days with my friends. Great service, affordable price. Located near (Ratchateewi BTS Station) Nandi Station in Yucha (about 250 meters). There are many food stalls and restaurants on the street in front of the hotel. A lot of halal restaurants were found near the hotel, and there were 7/11 and Thai massage shops across the street (the Thai massage shops outside the hotel are cheaper, but the Thai massage center inside the hotel is still recommended). Wifi is stable, but the pool is small, the spa and Japanese cuisine are not big (may be run separately but located in the same building). If there are 4,5 people in the same group, it is best to choose a suite, very spacious, with kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Hotel staff are very polite and welcoming except for the front desk. But there is no view outside the window and other views to enjoy.

Booked this place for my sister because it’s near my apartment, It could easily fit in 3 ppl in the room but felt that the service was a bit meh and thinking it might be because we were only staying one night. They gave us only one key for 2 ppl and when we tried to access the room at first, we realized they didn’t even unlock the key for us so we had to make another trip to the reception just to unlock the key. The bathroom had little to no amenities and it didn’t looked very clean for a newly built hotel, we didn’t have complimentary drinks like mentioned or if it was self served, no one told us about it. There were no slippers in the bedroom. It’s definitely pricey for the location but service and amenities are not up to par.

About 10 min walk fr BTS Ratchathewi. Many food options along the way, rests and traditional food stores. 7-11 on d corner. Super clean, kind hosts and staff. I cooked fried eggs and toasts every morninG. Big ref. They have pantry supply, free water, laundry area, nice living area. Each floor with lots of sink, toilets and nice showers. The room is small so cannot really take in much luggage. Linens are clean, beds w curtains. Access/keycard for 24 hr access o property. They will keep your baggage free for a day , then charges may apply for succeeding days depending on your length of stay. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
