The service is great, the location is alright, the room is very clean. Booked with a garden view, instead we got some old building view. The room is not exactly as the picture, although it wasn't too bad. The shower room is very old, small and bad in general. The price is very cheap so it's ok to stay there for a few nights. If you plan to spend most of your time outdoors and not inside the room, then this hotel will be suitable.

The location is good, just 5 minutes walk from Ratchathewi station.
There are a lot of wild food and massage parlors nearby, and it’s very lively at night.
The room is large and clean, and the TV can watch movies online.
There is a terrace, but since I live in the end room, I have no view.
There were no mosquitoes, but there was a fly that flew into the room on day 1 and refused to leave.

It was my first trip to Bangkok and it was quite beautiful. There is also an elevator, which is convenient. There is a restaurant called 711 under the hotel, so shopping is not a problem. Amenities were also plentiful.

It was the best budget hotel during our trip to Bangkok. I would like to note that the room was very clean and cozy, it smelled nice. I really liked the overall design of the room, as well as the fact that the floors were laminate, not tile, it added comfort. The cleaning was excellent. The hotel is located near the metro, very close to the 7/11 store and a street with a cafe. I recommend this hotel

This is by far the best hotel in terms of service I’ve came across. Arrived at about 11.30am to deposit our luggage but early check-in was granted instead to our surprise. We wanted to walk to central world via the main road but the staff, Som noticed that and told us about a sheltered walk-way and even walked us all the way till we are clear of our position. Never had I met any staff from any hotel who would walk with u. Also, happened to be my kids birthday on check-in day and the hotel staff surprised us with a cake, cookies, soft toys, and 2 hand written/ drawn cards! It was really a surprise that we didn’t expect. Thank u Som and Jam! Concierge service was excellent too. Always smiling and offering to help. Jam also took the initiative to help us bargain on a tuk tuk ride. Breakfast was great with quality food. Late check out was granted too. Our stay in Hyatt Erawan was truly enjoyable.

A convenient location within walking distance to Platinum mall, Big C and Central World. Nearby night market on daily basis with 7-11 and massage parlours. Room was nice and cosy for family of 4. The king sized bed was huge to accommodate 2 adults and a child. The toilet was huge with bath tub but unfortunately, there is no lock. Ok for families. Love the attention by the hotel to provide a welcome food and fruits for our stay and as an appreciation, they gave 4 elephants toy on our last day of stay. An enjoyable and nice stay and tks to all the friendly staff at Centara Watergate.
Hope the hotel has more powerpoints for charging purpose and a swimming pool.

A very good hotel for the price., The hotel is connected to the airport metro and is a very good and clean hotel After coming to the hotel, if you have to go anywhere then it is very easy because the metro is right at the gate. local restaurants, Starbucks and food shops are just outside the hotel.I think this is the cheapest and best hotel in a city like Bangkok.

A bit out of the way from shopping centres, bars & airport, everything is 30-45 minute grab away, which are cheap enough but with how bad the Bangkok traffic can be, it can be doubled in time unless you get a grab bike which is not possible when taking your luggage to airport lol.
Overall, hotel was a good stay, it was comfy, it was clean, 7-Eleven within 2 minute walking distance.
Gym had 1 x Treadmill, 1 x Bike, 1 x Cross-trainer so a little disappointing no machines / free weights, but that’s just being picky.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and great staff. We were well looked after by concierge Pai and his guys, and the cleaning, pool and front desk staff were all competent, friendly and helpful. My wife lost her phone and they found it for her; it rained and they had umbrellas for us and helped book taxies and Grab cars. The hotel is very new and the room was super modern and very well decorated, with a big new TV and great amenities. The bed was superb and the pillows were to die for. We were there for a week and this was one of the best hotel stays we have had in recent times and I highly recommend it. This is a very well-run hotel so I commend management as well. It does the Marriott group proud. Also, location is great just minutes from Asok BTS and MRT. Lots of food options on this Soi 20, as well as Soi's 22 and 18

GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

Very clean and modern hotel room. Overall good value for the price considering it has a microwave and a full fridge/freezer. No utensils, though. 2 bottles of water and coffee packets provided
The bathroom is a bit small but just right for one person with enough space to manuever from the toilet, shower,and sink. Soap provided
Surprisingly there is no safe in the unit. The bed is a typical Thai hard bed. There is an attempt to make it softer by using a mattress topper but it is still stiff. Shower is decent.
7 Eleven is a 3 minute walk away.
Very inaccurate that there is an ”airport shuttle”.
What they offer is to drop you off at a Sky Train Station.
You still need to walk to Departure area.
The sign in the lobby says the airport shuttle is 800BAHT one way which is absolutely ridiculous!
Although the airport is 3km away, it took 18 minutes and cost 148 baht on GRAB to be dropped off right in the departure lane.
Recommend downloading the GRAB app and don't bother with the hotel shuttle service
I found the front desk staff and security to be hospitable and had no concerns with the service.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Bangkok. The building is very nice and clean, our room was very well laid out. Roof top pool was nice as was the buffet breakfast. Good location with lots of places within walking distance or easy access to taxis and Tuk Tuks. Best part was the staff, friendly and professional service. Special thanks to front desk staff member Sawassakorn. He helped us out with taxis around the city, a local restaurant and arranged for a car to drive us to the airport.

JJohnnyEuroWe arrived at quite a busy time just as check in opened, so thee staff were quite flustered, but overall the staff are very friendly here. The room is spacious and cleaned everyday with shampoo, soap, body wash and bottled water provided. There’s a small indoor swimming pool on the fifth floor. We were on the 20th floor and had a good view of Bangkok. The hotel is 20 mins brisk walk to the Siam shopping centers, 10 mins to the BTS and 12 mins to the canal boats. There’s loads of restaurants nearby too and your there’s a great bar area near the BTS station. 7-11 is right next door. The hotel provides a Chinese style breakfast buffet of noodles, rice, buns, chicken sausages with some international options of bread and eggs. The only downside is the refilling of items doesn’t match the demand (especially on fruit…good luck trying to get any). If you want a relaxing start to your day, I’d probably skip the breakfast as some of the guests can be quite pushy (not the hotels fault) Coffee machine wait times can be long too, but the coffee is provided free all day. Overall a decent hotel.

GGuest UserIf I have to rate out of 10 , it'll be 6/10. The room is ok, but a bit small. ( we got 2 twin bedrooms) The bathrooms are quite dirty. I can actually see mold spots and it's disgusting. I hated the bathroom. The only redeeming quality is the breakfast, it's delicious. That's about it. I visited on last year august. So , I really would like the hotel to improve on their qualities. The staff members are nice , though. Oh, and DO NOT GET LAUNDRY if you are gonna wash A LOT OF clothes, it's CRAZY EXPENSIVE. Just find washing places and do there. Trust me, it's much more worth it. The only reason our family stayed there was because it is near the hospital that we needed to go. There are 7-11 stores near them , and some restaurants but the restaurants close a bit early , I think.

SSleepingbaby SawEnjoyed my stay in Hotel Furama Silom from 30th April 24 to 4th May 24. The room size and the bathroom are spacious, they also provide big bottles of Shower lotion and Shampoo with nice fragrance. Bed was very comfortable, Wifi decent and Air-con was good and cold.
Very good location and the transportation to Central World is very convenient. Close to 7-eleven just 2 doors down from the hotel. Overall, great value for money.
