Room, bed and toilet are very spacious. Separate shower cubicle so the toilet doesn't get wet everywhere. Walkable distance to Siam/Pratunam area and also very near BTS station if prefer taking the train. The quirky cafe nearby serves tasty western/thai food. Hotel is under Accor group and their service did not disappoint, all the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Only thing for the hotel to take note and possibly upgrade is the shower gel/shampoo bottle pumps and hair dryers. They were a bit dated and faulty but staff changed for us promptly after asking. But it would be great if the hotel can replace with new ones. Overall still very satisfied and will definitely stay again if the price is reasonable/on sale.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

This hotel has probably the best services in Bangkok. Great value for money. From the moment we got off the taxi, up to the moment we got our room key, the people who served us were friendly, helpful and professional. Because of the room type we chose, we did the check in on the executive lounge floor and had complimentary snacks and drinks while we waited for the room. That’s also the same floor where we had our breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located. You can use walk to the Phaya Thai BTS station using the hotel’s footbridge. From that station you can take the airport rail which can take you to the new Bangkok airport. Our room was new and clean. There was a tin of After You pineapple cookies as a gift for us in the room. Everything in the mini bar was free to consume. The pools of the hotel were cool but I preferred the one on the executive lounge floor. Great if you want some IG photos. Overall, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely recommend it to both business and couple travellers.

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. The pool, the gym and the breakfast are all great which give you a resort-feel right in the centre of the city. The spa, though comes at a hefty price tag, is so relaxing that you’ll find every inch of your muscle being properly massaged. All in all, the stay in this hotel worths every penny you spent.

On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

For breakfast, they provide milk with cereal and orange juice, toast with eggs/ham everyday. Simple breakfast to fuel up the start of the day. WIFI is very fast also. Reached the hotel early as I booked an early flight. Went to the hotel front desk and settled all the paperwork first so I could check in later. When I reached at 330pm, the front desk told me I still couldn’t check in and I was wondering why. They said something is wrong with the room and couldn’t give it to me and needed me to wait again. Then she said housekeeping is cleaning the room. Offered me a late check out but it doesn’t benefit me as I’m taking off early that day. Checked in to the hotel and found out that toilet bowl and mini bar was leaking. However, the rooms were clean and hotel is new.

The hotel is in a small alley, which is quite close to the mbk, central world area. There are shuttle buses in the hotel, but none of them can walk on the road. They can only be placed or picked up at 4 points. The hotel's breakfast is not buffet style, it is served for one person, and then there are 2 slices of bread, fruit, coffee or tea, milk or juice. There are several points that need improvement: 1) The water heater in the room is not hot enough. After turning on the switch, the hot water is not very hot. 2) The air-conditioning of the room will spray ice. We haven't adjusted the air-conditioning. 22 degrees + wind is only 1 degree. There is also such a problem. 3) The faucet of the washbasin in the toilet is too long. If the water is too large, spray it to the edge of the washbasin, and the water splashes on you.

If you plan to spend most of your time outdoors and not inside the room, then this hotel will be suitable.

The water supply of the shower is weak. 3. More hooks should be done inside the toilets and shower rooms. Not much spaces for you to put things in the shower room. 4.
