This is a really nice new hotel and it’s only minutes from Yanoda National Park. The check in service was good, they don’t speak English but we translated easily on our phones. I booked the boutique villa and it was nice, although alittle damp. It would have been nice to be able to open the windows for some fresh air and breeze to get the must away – but there were no screens and being on the first floor wasn’t ideal to leave windows wide open for bugs to come in. The ‘window’ was overlooking another building so it was rather dark. Comfy beds, nice shower and amenities and 10 steps from a wonderful pool that overlooked the premise. There is a nice raised walkway over awetland and rice field which was lit up at night and perfect for an after-dinner stroll. The platform in the middle was perfect for my morning yoga! The restaurant serves nice, fairly priced food – although for this price, I would have expected breakfast to be included in the room rate which it wasn’t. I’d stay here again though! It’s about an hours drive from Pheonix airport.

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. This hotel is nestled right in Yanoda National Park and has amazing views. The staff is so friendly. Li Bing, the general manager is very attentive and great at recommending places to see in the area. My check in representative Fang Peizhen was incredibly kind and made it very easy. My balcony room overlooked the valley and my room was spacious and clean! The bed was super luxurious! Had an amazing sleep – the stars were out and it was so quiet. The sunrise from the 7th floor is breathtaking. The hotel used to be a lot larger and so the property is expansive – I would recommend going for a walk down to the lake. Although many of the buildings are not in use (I feel Covid hit this region hard) – it’s a beautiful and peaceful walk and you won’t see another soul! The grounds are maintained so there really is a beautiful mix of flora and fauna to adore. I didn’t take a dip in the pool myself but it’s big! Breakfast was okay – a simple Chinese buffet. Although it’s a little older I think the price, the friendliness and the location more than make up for this. The night stay also includes a ticket to visit the park which is a three minute drive away – they can arrange a car to bringyou or you can just drive yourself easily.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to help you and they are so friendly. The room was big and really clean. However there isn’t much to do in this area and if you don’t have a car you are screwed. It’s hard to get a DiDi or taxi from this location. You have to walk a long ways to get water, food, or snacks. I left after one day to go to a area with more things to do. It’s not the hotel itself, it was great. It’s just the area it’s in.

We wish we could have stayed another night! The pool and the view are all lovely. The inside is very clean, and most impressively we didn’t see any bugs! The furniture was comfortable and the style was nice. The kitchen was very well equipped and we would have definitely used it if we had brought some cooking ingredients with us! I would suggest that guests do some grocery shopping and bring some snacks with them as there aren’t convenience stores or supermarkets in this area. We ordered food online (options are limited), took a while to arrive since this area is not very populated, but the staff helped us to meet up with the delivery driver. Breakfast was included and the shuttle came very quickly when we called!

The service of this hotel is very good. Before we came, we called to inform, sent us the hotel location and check-in guide, and changed us to a room with a good view. The room was very comfortable. The service was great, and it even pulled me Entering a group, the housekeeper and the front desk are in the group. If you need anything, you can just send a message in the group. You don’t have to call the front desk to ask, and the housekeeper Xiaolin also sends the scenic area next to the hotel. The contact information has a five-star service standard. When we checked out, he was very enthusiastic about helping us carry our luggage. I would like to praise Xiao Lin for his excellent service. I sit down and have tea and chat with everyone. I like this kind of leisure. The boss’s mother also cut the fruit for everyone to share. The boss’s family is very enthusiastic. We met the lovers of other guests that night, and we are honored to be invited to the birthday party to leave precious memories.
