This was my favorite hotel during my summer trip to Lingnan. I saw the room pictures when booking and loved the decor, so I decided to stay. After checking in, I realized it was part of the Huazhu Club. The quality is excellent! The service is fantastic! This will definitely be my top choice for future travels!

Maybe there are not many people in the off-season, the boss upgraded the room, the floor is good, there is a big sea view from the balcony, although it is not facing the sea, but you can see a large range of sea view. The decoration style of the room is very fashionable and beautiful. I really like it when I see it. Sanitary, it is very clean, plus points! You can cook, provided that you bring your own tableware, you need to bring your own, and you can contact the landlord at any time if you have any questions. 6. There is a parking lot downstairs, the charge is capped at 30 yuan, which is reverse. Anyway, you can park in the one outside the mother-and-child parking lot, otherwise it will be blocked inside. Facilities: The overall decoration of the log style, the room is large and has a terrace, I booked a dynamic sea view room, arranged to the tenth floor room type, can see a small sea view; The equipment in the room is slightly old, but the decoration details in the room are still good, and the decoration in the rest of the hotel's public areas is not satisfactory (to be honest). The water pressure in the shower room is sufficient and the bath feels comfortable. The hotel has no SPA, no executive lounge, and the public toilet on the first floor is small, with only two toilets. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the hall (I didn't go there, and the front desk did not take the initiative to inform), and the overall evaluation specifications are far from the five-star standard. Service: The overall service of the front desk staff can't pick up big problems, the attitude is warm but slightly standardized, after all, the salary is not high, and it can't be excessively demanding. There are only about three staff members in the Yuanshan restaurant. The noodle stall staff can't understand the vernacular. After talking three times, I understand my ordering needs; There are also service staff (or engineering department personnel) responsible for sending mattresses to the neighboring room, and they did not say hello when they met. The whole process was expressionless. This part did not make much requirements. Yuanshan Restaurant: Local snacks ＜ pig intestines ＞ taste ordinary, one clip will be broken; I tasted the authentic version more than ten years ago, which is not at this level. All snacks are pre-made semi-finished products, without their own handmade characteristics, only about six hot dishes and poor taste, fried noodles are too salty. In the past few times, I have gone to Yangjiang to go to the Chengxi Kyushu Hotel to drink morning tea. The difference between the two is very big. This breakfast experience is quite disappointing. The overall health condition is qualified, there is no lack, but there are no commendable highlights. I will choose another hotel next time, this one is not worth visiting again.

On the day of check-in, I either misheard or the front desk misspoke, but I thought I heard that two breakfasts were included, assuming it was a complimentary upgrade. However, the next day I was informed there was no breakfast. We ended up buying breakfast cards, and I found the variety of food choices to be quite good. But after breakfast on the first day, both my husband and I experienced stomach aches and diarrhea. Since we were traveling with a child and needed to take care of them, we had to take turns going to the restroom. On the first day, we ate the food shown in pictures one and two. We're not sure which specific item caused the problem. On the second day, we avoided cold and raw foods, sticking to cooked noodles, steamed eggs, and corn, and we didn't have any stomach issues. Since we visited midweek, the Western restaurant was closed, so we had dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The food at the Chinese restaurant was quite good and tasty! They provided kids' cutlery, which was very family-friendly. The hotel facilities were decent, and the garden landscaping was nice. We were traveling with a young baby, and they provided a bed rail. They also helped with luggage during check-in and check-out, which we were quite satisfied with. However, I can't help but complain about a few things: 1. The complimentary drink vouchers were useless. When I asked for red wine, they said it was out of stock. When I asked for sparkling water, they said it had already been given out. In the end, I could only choose canned Coke. The drink in picture 5 was purchased separately and tasted good. 2. The kids' play area was extremely dirty. Before taking my child in, I asked the staff if it had been disinfected. The staff said they used alcohol disinfectant. I then asked how often it was disinfected, and she said daily. Because my child is young and crawls, after playing for a while, their hands were black with a lot of fuzz and black specks. It was very dirty, and I immediately took my child to wash their hands. I suspect it hadn't been cleaned or was only cleaned very infrequently. The space itself was quite large, and the crawling socks were a reasonable 5 yuan a pair. 3. The bedding was unclean. I slept for two nights, and both nights I felt incredibly itchy all over my body. I scratched so much that I had broken skin in several places on my arms and legs. How can a five-star hotel have such unclean bedding? 4. The air conditioning was erratic. Sometimes, even set to 19 degrees, it wasn't effective, and my husband kept saying it was hot. But then sometimes it would suddenly get very cold. Because we had a baby sterilizer and a constant temperature kettle, the power was always on, so the AC was continuously running. I'm not sure if the hotel centrally controls the temperature, but overall, the AC had issues.

This hotel is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk, and the room is very good. It is also very convenient to get up in the morning to catch the sea. There are also many delicious foods downstairs. It is also close to the convenience store. It is on the roadside. It is not noisy. It is quiet at night. The price here is also suitable. I personally like it very much. I will continue to come with the children next time.

Generally speaking, the facilities in this price range are still uneven. Overall, they are okay. I looked at Ctrip's display, but I am not very satisfied. After all, the facilities are relatively old, the network is also a problem, and the taste is still a bit bad. However, for those traveling with children, the bed is quite comfortable. We booked a lake view room. During the Qingming Festival, the scenery was dreamy and intoxicating! The room was very clean and well-equipped, especially the faucet had a large water flow, which was very refreshing! The only drawback was that as a five-star hotel in the city, the supporting health facilities were seriously insufficient, and there was no simple table tennis room, which was disappointing😔

The service attitude is very good, young and handsome guy. I live on the fourth floor facing the sea. It would be nice to have a higher floor with a better view. First of all, the natural environment of Hailing Island is very beautiful. The whole island is surrounded by the blue sea, the beach is white and soft, and the sea is clear. It is really a good place to relax on vacation. Walking on the beach, feeling the sea breeze, listening to the sound of the waves hitting the shore, makes people feel very comfortable. Secondly, Hailing Island has many foods worth tasting. The local seafood is very fresh, delicious and the price is very affordable. I especially recommend the local oysters and morning tea, which are very authentic Hailing Island cuisine.
