Zhoushan Hotels with Bars

The hotel is surrounded by a nice environment, facing the sea, with blooming flowers in spring, chirping insects in summer, waves lapping the shore, and a gentle sea breeze. The boss and his family are very kind! The food is delicious. This is my first time in Goji B&B, so I don't know what other hotels are like, but the room facilities are ok. Maybe it’s the peak season, the housing prices are touching, and the ones with better environments on the island are not cheap! The advantage is the nice scenery! The water in Longquan Bay is relatively clean, but there is too much garbage on the beach. It may be because it is free, but I still hope that the village can improve the environmental sanitation of Longquan Beach! The ticket to the deserted village is 60 yuan, and I personally feel it is not worth the price. It depends on one’s opinion! You can go down to the pier of the deserted village and take a boat to leave. It costs 50 yuan per person. There are about 10 people on a boat. If there are too many people, you will have to wait a long time! Overall, I feel that the scenery of Goji Island is pretty good!

The room is very clean, the overall layout is very warm, the location is very good, opposite the Wushitang Scenic Area, there are many seafood stalls on the side, it is very convenient to go to Putuo and Nansha, the boss is very good, the recommended restaurants are also very delicious, the hotel Jiugongge breakfast is also very out of the circle, It is a hotel that will want to come back next time.

An excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns. All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

This guesthouse, perched on a hill, seems to be quite popular with influencers, featuring many Instagrammable photo spots. Both the rooms and the restaurant boast floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, with the rooms directly facing the Rainbow Lighthouse. The restaurant's view is also fantastic; having breakfast with that sea view in the morning is incredibly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the weather on our first day was terrible, with strong winds and heavy rain, which completely dampened my enthusiasm for taking photos. I imagine it would be amazing to visit in the summer! The in-room amenities were a bit lacking; perhaps to maintain a stylish look, there weren't many power outlets. However, the service attitude was absolutely superb—they were always ready to help. They even gave plenty of advice to us fishing novices who were enthusiastic but unskilled. I must also mention the free pick-up and drop-off service, which saved us a good amount of money, considering that taxi fares on Shengshan and Gouqi Islands can be quite expensive. The recommended driver was also very nice. I'd definitely come back in the summer just for this level of service!

The room itself was very beautiful, with a big window facing the sea, the view was definitely the highlight of our stay. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll enjoy it. However, there were some downsides. The swimming pool shown in the pictures is not suitable for swimming, it’s very small and mainly for small kids, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also very basic; there were no choices, just a fixed plate! Communication was a bit difficult as the host didn’t speak English, and the check-in process was uncomfortable — she took many pictures of our passports and even asked us to help fill in the details. Overall, the view and the room are great, but don’t expect much from the facilities or breakfast.

Located in the Daqingshan Scenic Area, facing Qingsha Beach (you can walk directly from Qingsha to Lisha at low tide), and backed by Daqingshan Mountain, the guesthouse boasts a picturesque setting. The guesthouse has its own large plot of land; after driving through the fence, there's a spacious lawn, followed by multi-story buildings (with elevators) arranged along the road. The lobby is on the first floor, the restaurant on the second, and the sea-view rooms are on the third floor, each with its own terrace offering unobstructed sea views. At night, the gentle white noise of the waves lapping against the shore through the windows makes for a very comfortable sleep. In addition, there's a large public terrace on the third floor with several swimming pools. My Golden Retriever (by the way, it's pet-friendly here) fell into the pool, which was covered by a waterproof sheet and undergoing maintenance – sorry (o__)… The manager said the pool water is changed daily, and since the beach was flooded at high tide, I took the opportunity to play in the pool briefly (absolutely no dogs were allowed in!). The decor is clean and inviting, and there are slow-charging stations, making it convenient to recharge at night. The guesthouse has a restaurant, but since it was a weekday during the off-season, lunch and dinner were limited to seafood noodles and fried rice. Since the seafood noodles were quite delicious, we also had breakfast (breakfast was included in the room rate, and you could also choose a congee set meal). The scenery at Daqingshan Mountain is absolutely stunning! Although the entrance fee is 100 yuan, staying inside the mountain meant the entire scenic area was deserted at night! The whole area was occupied by guests!! It's perfect for people who dislike noise!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the rooms had great views, with sea views right from the balcony. The front desk and butler services were excellent, with prompt communication and shuttle arrangements, which made things much easier. The breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive, but the food was delicious and replenished promptly. The public areas and pool were great for taking photos, making it a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was comfortable and spotless. We loved being able to watch the sunrise right from our bed, and the direct beach access meant we could easily stroll on the sand or go for a swim. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the convenient pier transfer service was a big plus.

So beautiful island and cute hotel. For me was really big surprise that near Shanghai have such a small and cute place. We choose this hotel because of the pool. It’s was so amazing to open balcony and see u private pool. Actually one pool is sharing between 2 room but nobody swim, so everything was only for us. Also the staff in the hotel is helpful, helped with booking tickets, explained about islands, took us to show bioluminescent plankton. Could be nice if hotel provide one free coffee for breakfast (now need to pay) and some international food (was traditional chinese breakfast)

The boat back to Shanghai was canceled, so we had to stay overnight. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the pier, new, clean, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and efficient. While the staff were not fully familiar with foreign guest registration, they handled it professionally and made an effort to resolve everything smoothly. We booked two rooms, both spacious and well-equipped. Service was responsive, extra towels and slippers arrived almost immediately after we requested them. Breakfast exceeded expectations, mostly Chinese options, with decent coffee. Overall, a very solid choice for a spontaneous overnight stay.
