The location of the hotel is super, directly at the train station. Thanks to good sound isolation you can hear nothing from outside. The lobby is large and tastefully furnished, but the room is very small, functionally equipped. The room offered only paper cups, no tea bag, no glass, no water, no water cooker. According to the reception, you can get glass and hot water there, free. However, I don't know if it is free with tea bag.

Very typical European family-run hotel. It should be a hotel rebuilt by its own house and courtyard. It is well operated. Many details are very attentive. The location is relatively easy to find. The room size is not small, the equipment is slightly old, and the breakfast service is very attentive to make up for the lack of category. Without air conditioning, the store provides a fan with a strong mechanical sense ～

The hotel is near the forest and the air is very fresh! The facilities are very new and every place is cleaned very clean! The breakfast buffet is awesome! The handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic! Must be five-star praise

I expected better as the past reviews were good. The place was clean but not much service and not much in the room. The room was very minimal and that’s booking a bigger room. The people were okay and the room was very basic just bed and bathroom. There was no fridge or water kettle, I know not every hotel room has this but it was pretty empty. I booked a bigger room but there was not sitting area but the bed and one chair. Location was good and the place was clean but expected more.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station and just steps from the town center, where you'll find a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection that even included soy milk. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is especially appreciated during the hot summer months.

My daughter went to the Goethe Institute in Bonn for an exam and booked this hotel for her. Although the room was small and the facilities were complete, she arrived at the front desk although she was off work. There was a phone at the door that could be directly connected to the reception and asked for the entrance password and room number. I had to sigh that Germany was basically a password lock to open the door. No room card, breakfast is suitable for Europeans, bread, butter, cheese, yogurt, ham, eggs 😂 The waiter will also considerately ask if coffer 👍 is very close to the Goethe Institute, a good choice.

Only stayed for one night, when we attended an event in Cologne. The hotel was so convenient to find. On the S-bahn, it was 1 stop away from the central train station, and about a 5 minute walk from S-bahn stop to hotel. Lovely modern. clean hotel, comfortable bed & pillows, great shower, fluffy towels. Actually better than some European hotels that charge a lot more. I would stay again and would also look for this brand in other cities.
