We spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home.
The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression.
The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings.
Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy.
The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm.
One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food.
Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

XiaofeizhuThe hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from El Corte Inglés with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's convenient for visiting attractions. The rooms are spacious, perfect for both adults and children. Google Maps can be misleading when navigating to the hotel, often directing you down a very narrow alleyway when the hotel is actually on the main street. I recommend navigating to El Corte Inglés first, then driving across to the hotel. You can temporarily park at the hotel entrance to unload luggage, and they offer free valet parking. Overall, highly recommended.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Granada train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and it's easy to get to the main attractions from here. There's a rooftop pool with city views. The staff are friendly and can communicate in English. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water, and there's free lemon-infused water in the lobby. Overall, it offers good value for money. The shower facilities are also excellent.

YOUFANGCtrip's hotel was very convenient. It didn't realize the plan. Because the itinerary changed, the hotel that was found on Ctrip and booking on the same day, compared with Ctrip, the price is good, and it is clearer than booking.

Guest UserSo, so satisfied! Definitely book a city view room; the view alone is worth the price. I initially booked a larger, newly renovated room, but when I got in, it faced the street, and the bathtub was visible to passersby. I negotiated a change to a smaller room with an older bathroom, but the city view was amazing, and it even had a small balcony where you could stand outside and look around. It was a little scary, but so good, and the night view was beautiful too.
I didn't book breakfast because I was worried I wouldn't wake up in time. But the restaurant was so gorgeous that I just ordered lunch there. The foie gras burger was surprisingly amazing, and both burgers I ordered were delicious. One came with sweet potato fries, and the other with regular potato fries – both were great. It's rare for a hotel to have such good food in its restaurant, and the view is totally worth it.
Completely satisfied, completely recommend!

Well, the truth is that everything is great, both the room, which is very large, especially the bed.
It's very close to the city center, a 10-minute bus ride to the Alhambra, and about a 20-minute walk to Gran Via.
The breakfast is very extensive, they have everything. For us, so far, it's the one with the most breakfast options of any hotel we've stayed in.
It's very quiet; you can't hear anything in the room, and the TV is large.
If we go to Granada again, we'll definitely return to this hotel...
The only thing is that the pool was being renovated, so we couldn't swim in it, but we didn't mind because we went sightseeing and were hardly at the hotel.
They're very attentive to making sure nothing is missing from breakfast, constantly replenishing and cleaning.
Cleanliness is a 10, customer service is a 10, rooms are a 10, service is a 10.
I don't usually rate hotels, but in this case, it deserves it because of how good it is...

It was hard to carry my luggage because there was no elevator, but it was close to Alhambra. It says Alhambra view, but you can see about 1 centimeter ㅋㅋㅋ The location was good.

SomeonelikeskittyFor me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel.
1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages.
2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

Hotel situado en pleno centro en Recogidas. Cumplió mis expectativas y estuve muy cómodo.
Quizá echas de menos una pequeña mesa y el mini bar en la habitación.
