"No issues with room, comfortable bed. Issue after checkout as the hotel called and left a message asking for money for an adjustment on the booking that I didn't make. I did atrempt to correct my name as it showed up as Newma not Newman, but that's a correction not an adjustment that should cost money when it wasn't my mistake. Also when I checked in it still showed up at the hotel as Newma, so the correction hadn't been made."

Easy to check in and out. Plenty of parking and very clean. Had a room on ground floor and could hear a dog barking so not sure where that came from but it didn’t really bother us (odd bark at night and in morning). Really good that price includes pool and sauna etc. would definitely stay again for the price paid. We didn’t eat there as just slept there whilst visiting family nearby. Quality fittings and comfy beds and decor, much better than a lot of places around the area!

The room was a bit thin, but there was a microwave and a kettle. I stayed for two nights. The next day, there were new towels and coffee at the door, so that they did not disturb the guests. The hotel is not too far from several attractions in the city center. The train station is also a minute walk. We went to Bath by train in the morning. 𨔼, the train ticket bought a more cost-effective return ticket open ⋯⋯ The only hotel is fine to provide face tissue .

The surrounding environment is very good, the hotel is good, I love the large fireplace on the first floor, the room soundproofing is a bit poor, but the soundproofing of British hotels is average

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.
