Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

Check-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

The free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient. ・Lobby Environment: The area around the front desk was clean, and I was able to wait comfortably until my departure time even after checking out. ・Location: About a 10-minute walk from the station. There are many delicious restaurants and hawker centers nearby, making it an excellent location. Cons: ・I was a bit concerned about a slight odor from the bathroom drain. If that could be improved, it would be a perfect score. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a highly recommended hotel as a base for sightseeing.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

Hatta odaların bir tanesi markanın kendi sitesinden tutulduğu halde resepsiyon ısrarla bekletti, hiçbir özel karşılama vs. yapılmadı. Hızlı giriş için pasaport bilgilerini vs doldurmuştum. Ona rağmen çok uzun sürdü. Uzun bir uçuş ardından bu şekilde bekletilmek beni ekstra yordu. Daha sonra odaların farklı yollarla ve isimlere rezervasyon yapıldığı fark edildi. ”Tamam aslında odalar hazırmış, biri hariç hepsini verelim.” dediler. Ama saat 15.00'te bunu fark etmeleri gerçekten çok özensiz ve isteksiz çalıştıklarını gösteriyor. Bizden sonra otel kapısından giriş yapan herkese odası verildi. Biz anlamsız bir şekilde bekletildik. Çözüm önerisi sunmalarını beklerdim. Oda temizdi, büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. Masaların toparlanması ve temizliği bir hayli vakit alıyor. Garsonlar zaman zaman yetersiz kalıyor. Masanın üzerinde sürekli duran, çatal bıçak peçete koyma tabakları var. Bu tabaklara yemek de dökülüyor. Masayı sildikleri bezle bu servis ekipmanını silmeleri gerçekten hoş bir görüntü değildi. Kahvaltıda istek üzerine hazırlanan tek ürün kahve. İsterseniz sıraya girip latte, cappucino vs. yaptırabiliyorsunuz. Gelelim en güzel kısmına. Restoran inanılmaz güzeldi. Yemeklerin iyi bir şef tarafından hazırlandığı belli oluyordu. Sunum ve pişme durumu etkileyiciydi. Personel çok yardımsever ve saygılıydı. Özellikle bar kısmında da çalışan uzun saçlı beye çok teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı salonundan manzara ile yorumumu tamamlıyorum.

1. Room not prepared We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM with my wife and children. One of the two rooms we had booked, meant for three people, had not been prepared for the third guest: no bed made up, no pillow, no sheets, and no towel. I reported this to the receptionist on duty, who assured me it would be taken care of while we were out. When we returned around 11:30 PM, nothing had been done. The receptionist on duty at that time explained that because the reservation had been made that same morning through a booking site, the room could not be prepared accordingly. I understand the logistical constraint this may have caused, but I believe that once a hotel accepts a reservation for three people, regardless of the time it was made, it should be able to honor it under the conditions advertised. I therefore had to make the bed myself at 11:30 PM, after requesting the sheets, pillow, and towels from reception. 2. Reception attitude at the garage entrance Upon our arrival around 8:30 PM, I approached the garage door, which would not open. When I asked the receptionist where the call button was located, she replied in a somewhat condescending tone that it was a ”little magic button” right next to the door — in front of my children. In reality, the button was completely hidden by a car parked along the wall, making it impossible to call reception from that spot. I had to double-park on the street and go directly to the front desk instead. I had to stay in numerous hotels.establishments, I remain attentive to service quality. This is why this type of attitude, in a 4-star hotel recently recognized with an award, was particularly surprising to me.

One thing really upset me! The blinds in my room were broken. I reported it that same day, and the Macedonian guy told me the maintenance worker wouldn't be in until Monday. So, on Monday, I told the front desk again. The Hungarian guy there promised it would be fixed that day, but it never was. Later, when I spoke to the Macedonian guy about it, he immediately snapped back, saying he had told maintenance that they finished work at 4 PM. I thought to myself, 'Does he really need to be that angry?' Maybe his colleague didn't inform him, but it's certainly not my fault. Afterward, when I asked to change rooms, the Macedonian guy had a very impatient attitude! I think that Macedonian guy's customer service skills need some training! And one of the elevators is always out of order…

I appreciated their attentiveness; they would knock multiple times before entering the room, ensuring guest comfort and privacy. Additionally, the option to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out was a significant advantage, allowing me to explore the city without the burden of my bags. Room Comfort and Amenities: My room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, providing a good night’s sleep. Despite my short one-night stay, I found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. Dining: The breakfast section offered a variety of options, making it a pleasant way to start the day. I found the selection to be adequate and enjoyable, contributing to a positive overall experience. Conclusion: In summary, if you’re seeking a quiet retreat away from the city’s hectic pace, this hotel in Budapest is a commendable choice. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and accessible location, it provides a comfortable base for both short and extended stays. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Parliament building and by the river, offering a beautiful night view. Fisherman's Bastion is also very close by. The room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. The price was reasonable, and many Chinese guests stay here. The Black cleaning staff member was a bit disappointing; they were very slow.
