This is the most satisfying hotel during our trip to Italy. We had an unforgettable trip to Tuscany here. The hotel is first-class in terms of scenery, service and food. Especially Paula, the girl who received us, was enthusiastic, professional and friendly like a family member or friend. I think I will come back here!

The homestay is on the hillside, the scenery is good, the facilities are good, the layout is very tasteful, the classical style. The air conditioner is not hot, and it is solved after communication. Very good hotel, just ordering breakfast is a bit troublesome. It is necessary to order the night before, and the English menu is a bit hard.

The location is very good, there is a delicious Italian restaurant next to it. The room was very comfortable and the service was very good. The breakfast was a bit poor, there was no meat and eggs, and there were very few types ～

The hotel was great, its location is nearby the Termini you can walk to the station for only 10 minutes. Room provided clean bedsheets, it's a bit old style look but at least it is clean. The only downside is the electrcity plug, I only encountered one to charge my phone. Please add more plugs.

First of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. Seeing that I am a foreigner and I always communicate very slowly in English, I said that I can speak Italian with me, and then the waiter hurriedly I am sorry, and then answered my question patiently. The public environment is very artistic and retro. There is a garden outside. It is comfortable to sit on the sofa in the garden at night. The room is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁

Very, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended! The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately.

The quality ratio to the price is great, very clean, friendly and very helpful service. Parking is free and there is a lot of space on it. We went to Siena from the hotel and I highly recommend - we could see places we wouldn't normally get to.

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.
