定了唯一一個帶陽台的房間 非常喜歡 幾個注意事項 從Siena 火車站下後 原本的出租車站沒有車 等了很久 這個城鎮不是沿路可以揚招 只能在固定地點上出租車 Uber 可以使用 每單加價 幾歐 酒店離火車站2公里 但要爬坡 很難走 建議打車 到酒店後 因為酒店是私人宅邸改造只有幾間房 所以不能期待五星級酒店那些有很多人手作不同事情 有時前台的姐姐會在廚房幫忙所以你要走去廚房跟她說check in 早餐是提前給一張英文食物單 讓你提前選餐 第二天食用 果汁是瓶裝的 茶喝咖啡還可以 的確在一個路口所以附近有車聲 但關窗後很安靜 酒店附近沒有好的餐廳 但酒店的餐廳出品很好 住了兩天 剛好遇到一晚廚房是逢週幾休息 我就在附近買了個pizza 義大利不容易吃到蔬菜 但超市裡的小盒蕃茄很好吃 床非常舒服 花園很靜謐 空調非常強勁 洗澡也非常好 下次會再來！

It was such a pleasant experience to stay in Residenza d'Epoca Campo. I must give 5 stars to this very nice hotel,in terms of the location,deco,ambiance,room cleanses,superior view, food，especially the great services. The front desk girl,Sara, gave me a warm welcome,asked my preference on the breakfast and led me to the room,.When heard my planning trip to Bienza next day, She quickly made a search and confirmed me that there were no public bus service on Sunday.Later on, Sara helped me called restaurant to reserve dinner and hotel in Bienza to book a room with discount.Put every things together,I felt lucky to choose this hotel and extended one more night with no hesitation.

This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

Stopped for 2 nights with the children in December.The location is perfect.Inside the heat,all clean,there is all the necessary items.The kitchen is equipped,there is a coffee machine and capsules for her.Everything was very enjoyable.Thank you very much.

Great location near the Duomo. It was very easy to find the entrance. Conveniently, you can check in at any time (although the reception staff is only available at certain hours). The room given at the beginning is completely different from the picture. The size gap is not the same as the picture. The bathroom in the first room had no windows at all, and the bathroom that was changed later had a super small air window.
