The hotel's cleanliness and location are good. But there are no facilities in the room. Even not the proper tea and coffee. The room included a toothbrush and paste but the hotel authorities said it was paid service which was quite surprising for me.

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and full amenities: a modern interior design, two big-screen TVs, two ACs, a small refrigerator, free WiFi, cozy couches with coffee table, comfy beds with Italian premium brand, ellezza, natural latex mattresses, and clean linens, and a splendid breakfast. I was quite surprised by the size of the bathroom, which included a big bathtub, a shower booth, and a toilet. Tip: try to book the side rooms as the bathroom size varies according to the room :) Also, every room has a hand sanitizing gel, which contains 65% ethanol. I liked that the administration is very cautious during the pandemic since we were required to use plastic gloves for a buffet type breakfast.

I had low expectations having read reviews but how pleasantly surprised I am. I stay in 5 star hotels around the world. This hotel is on the mark. Great service. Nice rooms although I had to move to the new wing where the ****** is to get a room where a/c worked. Beds are comfortable. Water hot and the service is exceptional. What a pleasant surprise

We stayed at this hotel and went hiking in Daegu. It is really clean and very good value for money. I want to recommend it to anyone. However, the name is not familiar to taxi drivers, so taking a taxi is a bit inconvenient, but here is the best location to climb Palgong Mountain. Have a good experience.

The house is easy to find thanks to the neon sign, it is peaceful and located 15 min away by walking from the shopping and restaurants area. It's an old traditional house very well maintained with a beautiful Korean garden in the midst of a scooter repair shop neighborhood, which makes it quiet at night. The rooms have AC and have beautiful wooden panels. The bedding is comfortable with a double futon. The pillows are a bit too hard though on the neck. The bathroom is clean. They provide shampoo and soap amenities. Coffee and tea you can help yourself with in the shared kitchen. The owners work quite hard to make it welcoming and were helpful in providing touristic information about the city. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it to any families looking for a soothing and peaceful stay in a traditional yet modern setting.

Overall, it is a clean and stylish hotel. The bathroom is also spacious and clean itself! One unfortunate thing is that when you close the door in the shower room and take a shower, there is a gap between the doors, so the water counts and comes out. Other than this, it's a perfect hotel!!

GGuest UserIt's nice that there's a glass door between the mini hot spring and the bedroom. When I open the window, it feels like I'm taking an outdoor bath without any steam, which is very refreshing. However, the room is heated too well, so it's quite hot. I often look for cold drinks. Two coffee capsules, two tea bags, and two bottles of water are provided. Two sets of gowns, two large towels, two small towels, one bathroom mat, and amenities are well-equipped, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are provided for a fee of 1,000 won.

여여행하는숲속의엄마The overall experience of staying at Daegu Ariana Hotel with my 10-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son was satisfactory. The hotel was located in the center of Daegu, so it was easy to access major tourist attractions, and there were many restaurants and amenities nearby, which was convenient. The room was clean, well-organized, and spacious enough for a family to stay. In particular, there were cozy beds and comfortable sofas that the kids would like, so everyone could relax.
The kids expected a swimming pool, but there was no swimming pool at the hotel. Instead, we could enjoy simple drinks and snacks at the hotel cafe. The hotel breakfast did not have a variety of options, but it provided a menu that was suitable for the whole family. In particular, the staff was friendly and responsive, and they responded quickly to requests, so we were able to stay without any major inconveniences.
Overall, I think this is a suitable hotel for families planning a trip to Daegu with kids. However, since the hotel facilities are limited, I would recommend it if you want a comfortable place to stay rather than expecting various amenities.

AAnonymous UserThe service was excellent. I was able to easily check-in and get to my room. The room itself was amazing! The only cringe I had was the head boards and ceiling decorations not being dusted, but other than that the room was very clean. The bathroom had a huge bathtub with a jacuzzi feature but unfortunately it did not work when I tried to use it. For military members, it was only a solid 15-18 minute walk from Camp Walker and near some some solid food places. I would definitely stay again.

BBrian LawrieWhat a perfect place to stay to visit this City. Host was impeccable in answering questions and providing assistance- easily contactable throughout the stay. Although small apartment had all things I need full size fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Great size Tv with loads of channels and Netflix.
Very comfortable bed. Lots of food options close, so you don’t need to cook at home. Subway line 1 is a 2 min walk from front door.
No key or access card everything is with access codes, made life very easy. To top it all off Wifi was very fast without any issues. Thank you, I had a great stay, highly recommend especially as it was value for money.

The reception kindly upgraded my room. The room is spacious and the facilities were very new and modern. It is great for people who need to work and get on meetings.
There are also many coffee shops and a 24hr convenient store right next to the hotel. Will definitely come back again

CCidTungThe location is very good Hostel, just near the very lively Central Road, nearby is the attraction － Daegu Middle Hutong Modern Road Tour, the price is also very close to the people (but it is still cheaper than Lushan), the counter staff is also very good and kind, Hostel should have the social room public computer etc., there is a sofa outside the room is very comfortable, the only downside should be the counter on the second floor and the stairs are very narrow, if there is heavy luggage will feel very painful

We got a duplex.
It was perfect for a family of four.
I was worried that the bed might be small,
but it was definitely king-sized and spacious.
They provided breakfast.
The quality was really good.

彡彡七木The hotel is close to Ximen Market Station, because Daegu is not big, it is very suitable for walking, so the location of the hotel I think is good, about 20 minutes walk to the central road, the nearby half-month hall station is very lively, as far as the location is concerned I recommend it. But the drainage system of the hotel bathroom is not excellent. The whole bath is flooded. It takes more than a long time to return the water. I thought it was a relationship with the large amount of water in the bath, but it was just brushing my teeth and washing my face. It will flood. This will really make people stop. I hope the hotel can improve!
