"The location of the hotel is very lively, not far from the central station and the half moon station, luggage can be stored, travel is very convenient.
Booked a twin bed room for 2 people to live in a large space and comfortable, no luggage rack, suitcase to be spread on the floor.
What I don't understand is that the lights in the bathroom and toilet area of the sink will automatically turn off if no one walks around for a long time. I don't know if the hotel has a setting. People who want to turn on the small lights at night are best to bring their own.
In addition, there is only one small hook in the bathroom, and the bath towels and clothes to be changed. There is no place to put the changed clothes.
Breakfast is simple and don't expect too much."

凱凱西喵喵This clean and comfortable hotel is conveniently located near the shopping district. It's also just a few minutes' walk from Banwoldang MRT Station and close to Jungangno MRT Station. There's plenty of food and drinks and coffee available in the shopping district.
The hotel is quiet and clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the bathroom has plenty of water.

GGuest UserGreat location within walking distance to the Express Bus Terminal. Lots of construction nearby but easy to walkaround. Convenience stores across the street as well as an inexpensive modern laundromat. Their unlimited breakfast is fantastic. My only complaint is that there is no drawer space to unpack your clothes if you want to empty your suitcases.

GGuest UserI stayed there for a day to attend an academic event in Daegu. I was so happy to have stayed there for a day because the accommodation was cleaner than I expected at a low price. It said check-in was until 23:00, but the owner waited for me at the counter until late at night, which I really appreciated. There are Hound Hotels in other areas, so I will remember the name and go there on purpose.

JJohn 영승It was a terrible experience. The heating system wasn’t able to adjust and it kept the room temperature at 28-29 degrees. Too hard and all night couldn’t sleep well. I understand it is central system. But the hotel must to something to fix the problem, not just say sorry or tell us nothing you could do.

CCoffeeman JamesExcept for the small room (similar to Toyoko Inn in Japan), everything else is great. The air conditioning is very good, and there is a small balcony. Because the weather is dry and windy, if you wash your underwear, hang it on the balcony chair with a hanger, it will be dry the next morning. The counter staff can communicate in English. It is right that the room rate includes breakfast, because the restaurants in this area are almost open from afternoon to evening, and breakfast shops can only be eaten simply at CU, emart24, GS25 or 7-11 convenience stores. The breakfast restaurant on the 2nd floor provides hot and cold water, which is very convenient for people like us who only drink warm water and can be taken at any time. There is an open rooftop on the 11th floor with sunshade and chairs. You can go up there to sit and look at the street view or the sky on a good night. It's great! It's about 5-8 minutes walk from Dongdaegu Station. It's also convenient to take a bus to Daegu Station, West Daegu or other attractions in South Daegu. The room price is not high. It is a good choice for accommodation in Daegu.

LLagertha14The accommodation is very comfortable with complete facilities. Although we arrived before check-in time, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage. During our stay, the hotel was under renovation. We had reserved breakfast, but it was not available, so the hotel refunded us and upgraded our room for one night. However, we had to move to a different room the next night due to ongoing renovations. The room conditions matched the pictures shown. The staff was lovely and, despite not speaking English, made great efforts to assist us.
There are convenience stores and numerous restaurants around the hotel, making it very convenient for work. Transportation is easy, with a bus stop within walking distance.
If there is an opportunity, we will stay here again.

AAnonymous UserInitially i tried to book hotel close to KNU and trip.com said its 1.7-2km. But it was further than i expected like it takes around 25-30 min from the hotel to KNU by bus😒 Plus, there is not many food places or shops or cafes next to the hotel and the nearest convenience store is up in the opposite road which was inconvenient to me. For me, one good thing about this hotel was TV which had access to youtube, netflix etc. Also, i felt that the wall was so thin like i literally heard people's talking, crying and shower sound etc. the younger female receptionist was not kind also!

GGuest UserI found this place while searching for accommodation near Dongdaegu Station, and everything was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly friendly, and they generously stocked the room with amenities. I haven't slept this soundly on a trip before! The blackout blinds and excellent soundproofing were a game-changer. The room, bed, and bathroom were all generously sized, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I'll definitely be back here on my next visit to Daegu!

YYohanaWhile it is a budget hostel, and the location is a bit of a walk inside the back street, I did not expect it to be too luxury or anything special. What was strange was that eventhough I arrived before 10PM, there was nobody at the reception desk, and I had to call to be able to speak with someone for check in and being directed to a self check in machine. With my broken korean language skill, it was difficult but I made it at the end.
The room has some black moulds and I had to plug off the mini fridge to be able to use the power point to charge my phone, mini fan and whatever else. And in the morning that mini fridge has produced some water on the floor after being thawed.
Towels were provided but they were smelly. The bottom of the toilet were not sealed properly to the floor (the sillicone joint has worn off). The room is in need of renovation.
I managed to do the self check out when I went downstairs the next morning (with the same machine). Then I realised I couldn’t get out via the entrance door that I got in the night before, because it was locked at around 11AM. After I rang the owner again, he directed me to leave by the back door. Then I was trying to find my way at the back area to go out to the street and catch a taxi.
This hostel by far was the worst place I have stayed ever. I was glad I only booked for 1 night.
