This was such a lovely guest house, very clean, rooms and bathroom great. Tea and coffee, towels and toiletries all supply, would highly recommend . Really reasonable price, definitely would stay again if going to bath on another visit. Also very good location, I would give this a excellent rating

Just enjoyed 2 nights in Room 3 at Brock's guest house and we loved it. It was clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable! There were tea and coffee facilities, iron/ironing board and hair dryer. We loved the decor, especially the wooden window shutters! The location is incredible, right between the royal crescent and the circus. Just a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff that had thought of everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would love to go back!

Enjoyed 2 nights. Great location, near the centre of Bath and all places of interest easily accessible. Clean, tidy and well provided with water, tea, coffee, biscuits, also bathroom accessories. Comfortable bed, linen and pillows-cushions in abundance!

Beautifully clean throughout. It was so peaceful that it was hard to believe you were in a city. It is a shame that there is no longer an option to have breakfast here. Parking nearby is very expensive.

if you like Jane Austen this is as close as you will get as it has working shutters, chandeliers, perfectly positioned between the Circus and Crescent. For us we are not fans of electric showers (noting the age of the property), too many cushions on the bed and, for me, too many things available (a caring host who offers ear q tips, flannels, tissue etc.). These are personal comments as some may love them and the drink and snack selection was awesome as, for me, where the excess really works well. A stunning, clean, traditional room in an unparalleled location in Bath.

We recently stayed at the guest house. The staff were so welcoming and the rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Situated very close to all the main attractions. My daughter left her beloved teddy bear and the staff contacted us and sent it on to us at no extra cost. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great visit. Visited with my mother. Car park on charlotte street was easy to find. Felt safe leaving car there overnight. The walk was uphill. Was a bit of a heart starter with a heavy suitcase. But the exercise was good for us. Easy to locate apartment. Lock box setup was easy. Staff were friendly. Location was smack bang between two famous sites. Was amazing being in the thick of it as your stepped out the door. We stayed in room 1. Setup in two single beds. The room was so cute and cosy. Felt like I was visiting my nan. I loved it. Very comfortable. We made the most of the hop on hop off bus as it stopped nearby and got us everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed

Really great accomodation right next to The Circus and a short distance from the centre of Bath. Couldn't be better located. The rooms we had were clean, fresh and inviting. Though no food is offered here, there are nearby cafés to take breakfast (or the Wetherspoon on a Sunday). We will certainly stay here whenever we are next in Bath.
