Very unfriendly staff. The room had no slippers, It had no toothpaste or tooth brush. No shampoo.
The staff could not speak english well.
My friend came in to visit us and they didn't let him come in.

This hotel is highly recommended for visitors to Eskishehir above all for first time visitors.Because the receptionists are all professional and helpful. They can guide you to places you are interested in. I was especially impressed by one of the receptionists who helped me to buy a train ticket to go back to Istanbul. The on line system didn’t function. So she telephoned the railway company for me. And helped me to buy it by credit card. The room was functional , clean and comfortable. The famous Odunpazari is not so far. And you can find cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

First it’s in a residential area with very narrow street. The hotel reception is very small and there are pipes hanging in there. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We booked 6 rooms. First the bathroom locks were not working in few rooms. At 5am I went to toilet to find out that there is no water in the system. Complete dry. Then at 9am the bathroom WC was leaking water. In the bath area all the fittings were hanging. You touch anything and it fell down.
The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was you that you sit on the table and the lady brings you whatever she like to feed you. You have to correct her that you do not want to drink and eat what she is bringing.

Personel güleryüzlü yardımsever oda çok konforlu ısıtma iyi sigara kullanmıyorsanız sigara içilmeyen oda tercih edin odalarda sigara kokusu yoğun. Bir de banyoda şampuan ve krem olsaydı güzel olurdu.

Tertemiz odası, ilgili çalışanlarıyla bizi memnun ettiler özel otoparkı olması da bizim için avantajdı. Tekrar tercih etmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel oldu. Eskişehir’de konaklayacak olanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Nişanlımla yeniyıl tatili için geldik. 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Güler yüzlü personelden kahvaltısına temizliğinden ürün yeterliliğine kadar herşey düşünülmüş. Bekar çift aile mükemmel bir otel . Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Oda inanılmaz temiz, televizyon ses ayarı bile düşünülmüş , odada olan kahve çay ürünleri bile çok güzeldi. Lokasyon olarak harika bir yerde. Espark AVM , çok güzel mekanlar sokaklar ne isterseniz , İstediğimiz her yere her şeye bulunduğumuz yerden ulaşabiliyoruz. Ön büro çalışanları , genel müdürü , bağlı olduğu restorant çalışanları hepsi harika gerçekten çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz hepsine . Tekrar yolumuz düştüğünde artık nereye geleceğimizi biliyoruz. Bir bile tane olumsuz birşey yok . Emeklerine sağlık. Madeen City otel ailesi sayesinde güzel bir tatil yaptık . Tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz :)

İlk defa Eskişehir’e geldim ve kendimi yabancı hissetmediğim bir otelde buldum kendimi. Çalışanlarının güleryüzlü oluşu, otelin temizliği özellikle benim için banyo çok önemlidir tertemizdi. Gerçekten direkt burayı tercih edin derim. Bir daha yolum düşerse kesin burdayım. Kahvaltısı da harikaydı dışarda yiyemezsiniz böyle temiz ve güzel.

A estadia foi muito boa. O custo benefício é bem bom, quarto limpo e com tudo necessário. A única coisa não tão boa é que o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de cigarro. Mas eu retornaria novamente ao hotel com certeza
