This was our 3rd Time to the Majestic and it did not disappoint! Beautiful place. Definitely be in the club setting if you do not want to be around kids. We will be back!

This is our 4th visit to a Majestic…3rd at the Mirage. It’s easy to walk to where you need to go. Noticed that the rooms are showing some wear & tear. Upholstered furniture wasn’t clean. Always ample seating at the beach and the pool area was a little more crowded but didn’t bother us. The people are fantastic but wish the housekeepers were more consistent with bath towels and wash cloths. Restaurants were great. We are going back in October.

Great 5-star resort! Enjoyed the beach, pool, and other activities. Staff were great and helpful. Victor, my butler, helped me with bookings and special requests. Food was the only downside, the Marketplace, Drafts Sports Bar and Cafe Espanol were our go to spots.

We got a horrible GI attack. Not sure if it was from the food or a virus. It is not a safe place outside the resort. They did not clean with bleach or antiseptic to kill viruses and rooms smelled musty. Our first room flooded and the air conditioner was not working properly. That being said, the second room was okay and our butler Roberto was fantastic. The food was not up to our expectations. Not sure that the glasses were being cleaned properly at the pool bars. The ****** was a lot of fun, and the ****** staff was very nice and accommodating. The Michael Jackson show was fantastic. The entertainment staff around the pool and the resort were all about making your stay fun and memorable, they were so wonderful!

We had the wrong room on day one. It was difficult to change but they did make a change the next day and the our vacation went much better! Food is plentiful and has lots of options. Staff ranges from wonderful for so many and some just ok. Poor bars are so fun and the shows at night were fun! Overall a great value for a six day vacation of tropical sunshine.

The service is incredible especially Francisco outlet butler who kept us informed. We really appreciated Felicia, Marianna and felis for our breakfast service in the market cafe. They were so attentive. Our maid was daihana and she took care of our room incredibly. The food was really good and never had a problem. The only negative I would say is if you need a late checkout like 3pm, you are not going to get it as ******* leads you to believe as a VIP member. You can take a shower as provided by hotel before you leave. Also, workers work really hard and should be tipped, they do actually appreciate it a great deal.
The massages at the spa were awesome. Activities at the beach going on everyday. Nightly entertainment was awesome especially the headphone disco party, so much fun. I will be returning for sure
