The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

Beautifully kept grounds, clean pools, staff were so nice. Bar tenders amazing. Beach was gorgeous. We watches whales from our room.

Majestic Elegance is an enticing property. If you love the beach, call well before arrival and request room closest to the beach, it will be close to the pools too. The staff was amazing throughout the entire resort.The extra expense for a Butler was a godsend. He toured us and set up all our excursions and dinner reservations. He checked on us daily, even finding us on the beach. Arling was amazing. Plenty of entertainment at night and shopping on site too.It has a quieter vibe than Cancun which we really enjoyed. Would definitely go back.

Customer service is top notch here! From the moment we arrived - from our butler to our lovely waiters, waitresses and bartenders. Special shout out to Maxima and Santa! The facilities are super clean. Th restaurants are very attentive work hard to make sure we have the very best experience.

Very old, one obviously can see mold at the corner of toilet door. I noticed server getting out of toilet without washing her hand, I’ve got stomach upset and it is my fifth day of being sick. Food quality was very low. I don’t recommend anyone going there. Almost all servers didn’t know a word in English. You can tell the focus of staff training is on saying “hi” and being friendly. Entertainment was ok.
