5/5 Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay Despite the Weather
I travel frequently and have stayed at a wide variety of hotels around the world, but my experience at The Palace Hotel in the Dominican Republic was truly different — in the best way. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Everyone was very helpful and polite, and the overall service exceeded my expectations.
I personally value the quality of service more than the facilities, and in this case, both were commendable. The infrastructure was in great condition, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The restaurants offered delicious, beautifully presented meals, and the dining experience was consistently enjoyable.
A special mention goes to my personal concierge, César, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His excellent communication and attentive service made my stay even more pleasant.
Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on my side during my visit — Storm Melissa brought rain almost every day. Still, the hotel staff did their best to make sure guests remained comfortable and entertained despite the conditions.
The only downside of my stay was the time spent at the breakfast timeshare invitation. I’ve never been interested in timeshares, and I would have preferred not to spend part of my trip on that.
