I loved my stay at this hotel however was let down due to fact i had something stolen from my room and as i still waiting for response to the investigation from the hotel.

Great staff. Nice property. Beautiful beach. Couple things I wish were better - there is virtually no dining options between 12-7. ****** only opens at 7pm every night - would have liked something to do mid day when there wasn’t food options. Activities during the day are limited. Night activities were great. Their app needs major work! It isn’t updated, hard to navigate. Events and calendars are old. TRS has more food options and all day food access.

The swim out room was amazing as well as the beach. Food at the buffets was less than desirable.

HELEN from the concierge desk was the best part of the hotel. She went above and beyond to try and make us comfortable throughout our horrible 6 day stay. The first room was leaking. The second room was dirty, old and it had a smell. Them they gave us a quote on quote “Jr Suite” it was ok I guess. But I would not recommend

We had a great time at Grand palladium palace, the resort was clean with many food and bar choices. The service from our bell hop Francel and our favorite cat driver johnbert was extraordinary. They did so much for us, from rides when we needed them on site and off site. Pretty much anything we asked for they could help with. The food was pretty normal for the buffets and good at the sit down restaurants. They had a white party which was allot of fun on the beach as well. Many activities to partake in.

Felt very safe on property and on beach. All staff very friendly. Everyone from grounds crew to check-in to room cleaning said Hola. Three different buffet restaurant options. Seemed to have similar food. Would have liked a different buffet option at each buffet location. Reservations needed at restaurants. Restaurants were very god. Favorite for El Dorado steak restaurant.

It was a very nice resort and we enjoyed our stay. However while we were there, the water stopped working and the air conditioning broke. Ither than thay the stay and staff were wonderful and they fixed it in a timely manor.

it was amazing. The services, the food the people. I felt in love with this place. I would like to mention that the person who made the possible is Argenis Romero ******* concierge. Fron the time that I arrived and until the time that I left he was always checking on me, making sure that I as okay, from making the reservation for dinner making sure that my room it was okay. Thank you so much Argenis Romero for this fantastic experience.
