Hands down the best accommodation choice on our Australia trip! Meriton Suites Broadbeach on the Gold Coast was an absolute dream✨ We stayed for three nights, and it truly felt like home – the experience was incredible, and the value for money was unbeatable! 🏡 Room & Facilities: A detail-oriented person's 'dream come true' room Booking the two-bedroom deluxe suite was an absolute stroke of genius! Two independent bedrooms + two bathrooms meant no fighting over space when traveling with kids or friends, offering ultimate privacy. The 32nd-floor high-rise view was breathtaking! Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows revealed a huge balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze while overlooking the city. Watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze at sunset created such a fantastic atmosphere! The living room was incredibly spacious, and the giant TV made watching shows super enjoyable. The kitchen was a 'superstar': capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge – it had everything! The hotel even thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, dish soap, a dish sponge, and a clean rag. They truly considered every little detail for cooking, which was so heartwarming! Making a cup of coffee with the machine every day and stocking the fridge with fresh ingredients to cook really brought that 'at home' comfort – it was so therapeutic! 🛎️ Service & Minor Incidents: Heartwarming experience with perfect attention to detail Upon checking in, we found some unemptied trash in the kitchen. We contacted the front desk, and someone came to handle it immediately – incredibly fast service! We accidentally made a mess on the floor, and the hotel policy was to clean only after a four-night stay. Surprisingly, after a quick chat, they arranged for housekeeping right away – truly thoughtful! Later, we learned that guests are supposed to dispose of kitchen trash in a designated area in the hallway. Honestly, a heads-up beforehand would have been perfectly understandable! A small reminder about this would make the experience even more perfect for future guests, avoiding any misunderstandings. 💯 Summary: The ultimate value-for-money vacation choice The overall experience truly exceeded our expectations! It was so much more comfortable than a regular hotel, completely feeling like 'home'. The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and shopping. The apartment facilities are complete and thoughtful, and the service is excellent. Staying for three nights, cooking our own meals, drinking coffee, and enjoying the breeze on the balcony every day brought such a rare sense of relaxation! The value for money is outstanding, far more affordable than similar hotels. For a Gold Coast vacation, this is definitely the place to choose!

Our experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.

We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked a same-night reservation because I was comparing room types in a new tab and forgot to change the dates. I realised the mistake immediately, submitted a cancellation request, and even called the hotel that evening to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving so they could release the room to other guests. Despite this, I was charged the next day. When I called again, the manager said their policy requires 24 hours’ notice and claimed they “could not use the room for other reservations,” even though I had informed them the night before. I have stayed in many hotels, and this is honestly one of the least flexible experiences I have come across. Very disappointing customer service and not understanding at all.

The hotel was very good. The room had a small kitchen and it was great. I think the hotel service is good. Good transportation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment. It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins. The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.

It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.

Freshly renovated, just needs pictures rehung and towel rails. Great location, quiet but only short walk to action. Views from the 16 floor were worth it! We hope to visit again soon

The actual place once we got settled was pretty good. The only issue that we really had was that the kitchenette was not clean enough. There were little tiny bug/ants that came out onto the counters every morning, or whenever we’d leave the counter unattended for a while. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly and we had to use boiling water to clean everything before using them. When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be finished, which we didn’t mind at all it was only a 10 min wait, but they had sprayed this air refresher so much that when we went inside we couldn’t get the smell out for an hour or two even w the balcony door open and the fans running. Other than that the bed, air conditioning, TV and rest of the amenities were good. The location was just perfect and super close to the beach. And the staff were very friendly.

As an old customer for this hotel, I was well knowing of the location and comprehensive facilities and it offers good value for money...This stay time was a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to The Star Casino Residents, a luxurious apartment complex across the street on the 23rd floor. The great view from the balcony of the 23rd floor is absolutely perfect, and there are also public lounges, barbecue areas, swimming pool, Spa, gyms on the 20th floor, all of which are free use... The location downstairs is still outstanding (within walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants, bars, clinics, post office, banks, club, supermarkets, and train station). The room space is just right for a family of three (please refer to my picture detail). The staff always well friendly... I will keep this unique experience in mind💕Thank you
