The best five-star hotel in the area, which is right next to the beach and very quiet. The room is small but the bathroom is very spacious. The breakfast is very exquisite and the environment is very good. Parking is free. Wi-Fi is not good enough.

A great place to rest! Maria Concetta is a very guest hostess. The room was clean and comfortable, beautiful terrace with mountain view. There is a closed parking on the territory - it is a big plus. With a heatwave hitting throughout my 3-day stay, the best decision I could have made was to choose this hotel specifically for its pool – and boy, did we enjoy it! The atmosphere was super chill, complete with a DJ, the lush surrounding garden, and the perfectly tempered water. Drinks and food were readily available in the common areas. Sun loungers were plentiful and well-positioned. Breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide and comprehensive variety to suit all tastes, including juices, fresh fruit, cold cuts, hot dishes, omelettes, and naturally, excellent coffee! Leo's attentiveness, and indeed that of the entire staff, was exceptional. The room and bathroom were tastefully decorated in a modern style, featuring a decent wardrobe and space for a table, armchair, and a good TV. We slept like angels. Everything was very clean. The only truly unpleasant aspect was the persistent smell of drains, which hints at the age of the renovated building. There was always plenty of parking available, and although it's about a 12-15 minute walk from the center of Palermo, I'd say it's a fantastic and strategic location. Highly Recommended!

Breakfast is relatively rich, the standard of domestic 3 star or economic hotel. 10 kilometers from the city center, the surrounding is relatively quiet, not as chaotic as the city, parking is free, you can see the sea, in the city to the airport halfway, very convenient. I will continue to choose here next time. Need to drive.

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

This resort hotel is located at the foot of Palermo, about 30 minutes by train from the center of Palermo. All rooms have ocean views, but the room I stayed this time had small windows and I couldn't see the sea unless I went out to the balcony. The view from the balcony was good, especially the view of the dusk was great. You can use 628 buses from the bus stop in front of the hotel to the port town and the nearest station, but you can't use cash or credit cards, so you need to install the app and charge with credit cards.
