I dare not wash my hair for fear of catching a cold. Third, and the most important one! Don't stay in room 106! Less than one meter outside the window is the eaves on one side, blocking half of the view, and the eaves are wrapped in iron sheets. When it rains, the raindrops make a huge sound and it is impossible to fall asleep! I stayed for three nights and it rained for three nights... So when you come to Palermo during the rainy season at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, don't stay in room 106. When we placed the order, we asked for a high floor and a quiet room in advance, but the front desk guy gave us this room when we checked in. As a front desk, the professional requirement should be to know all kinds of rooms well; if we are allowed to stay in this room under the condition of understanding and the occupancy rate is not high, the motive can't help but make people suspicious.

This is a great place to stay. Big room in a historical building. Coffee and snacks served in the communual area. Nice ensuite bathroom. super conveniently located 70m from central station.

The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel. The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon.

The location was good ....the room was spacious ... there is also a lift in the building .... the only thing is that the bathroom is separate from the bedroom, which was not what I expected ....

On the arrival day, the owner never sent me a message on how or where to check in. Luckily, i am smart enough to google and ask people on the building. Finally, I managed to find my way to the unit after hours of finding it. The lady owner didn't bother to apologise that they didn't send any message, but well, just one night, so i didn't bother it much.

The rooms are big but very old. Even the sockets are old and it wasn't easy to find a spot to charge the phone. The rooms are clean but except for some shampoo the hotel doesn't provide anything. The wifi is also bad, but it's very close to everything we wanted to see.
