Mazatlan Beach Hotels

Nice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

The service is normal in general, with exceptions, such as excellent valet parking (they charge you extra for this service, $100 a day), but the one who prepares the omelettes is bad.
