The toilets would easy get plugged and staff was upset since we asked for help and told us they had no more plungers so we had to go to nearest store to buy one to fix the problem ourselves. When we asked for a mop or more towels to soak up the water they got mad

Hilton Brand was not represented in the overall service. We stayed at this hotel from 22-Dec through 25-Dec-2023.
- No room service was provided even after making a request for two days in a row to simply replace used towels with new ones and make beds. There was a big pile of used towels in our room by the time we checked out, but no one cared to take them.
- It appeared that the front desk clerk and the management team didn’t have any control over the cleaning staff. They kept on telling us that we have informed the cleaning staff of your request and assured us that our room will be serviced. But no such luck.

This property is located right in the middle of everything, easy access to the freeway and everything we were looking to do. When we got into our room we promptly noticed there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. We requested a shower curtain and the front desk had no idea how to solve this problem and no desire to help. Our two bathroom suite became a one bathroom suite until one of the housekeepers thought to go snatch a shower curtain from a different room. This hotel doesnt offer the basic necessities in each room and doesnt care to help when youre left without what you need. We are expected to pay full price for the room and amenities offered however their staff doesnt feel compelled to hold up their end of the bargain. Anything you need is an inconvenience on their part. Weve stayed in this hotel twice and both times we were left wanting. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel didnt have enough pillows or blankets for the amount of beds in the room. When we asked for more the front desk simply said they didnt have any. One of the bathroom doors was locked and they refused to open it so we were down to 1 bathroom in a 2 bathroom suite. There was mold in the shower and the floor tiles were popped up and loose. The pans in the "kitchen" were damaged beyond use and there was no silverware. The front desk was very inconvenienced any time they had to speak to us. We booked a two bedroom, two bath suite with a kitchen and we were left with a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite with no pillows or blankets for my family to use. Overall it was a terrible experience and the staff couldnt have cared less.

We had no air conditioning our first night to stay and notified the front desk but we were told there were no other suites only 2 king beds in one room. That would not work since we had 2 different families. We were miserable. They still had not fixed it the next afternoon at 5:00. Finally moved us to a new suite after notifying them 3 times that we were having AC problems. They had no intentions of fixing our problem. It was high sixties and hot air was coming out of the vent. I am not satisfied with our stay.

The TV and toilet did not work in our room. They were able to move us to another room on night 2 of 3. If you choose to stay here, get a room on the third floor. You will not sleep if anyone is in the room above you

This hotel was very dirty, and had a family of roaches marching around like they were on duty. They only gave two small towels and two big towels, for a 5 night stay. I had to keep asking for towels. Not only that, they only had two pillows. It seem like this was a ran down motel, instead of a hotel. The manager didn’t seem concerned at all, and said that he would give us Hilton points for the inconvenience, which I never received. So, if you don’t mind staying with a colony of roaches, that will show up to say “wassup” like they own the place when you walk in the hotel room, by all means book with them. If I could upload pictures and videos of these roaches I would, I have plenty of proof.

Well the sofa bed was really nasty it smelled like feet you couldnt even sit on it
