個人覺得特別好，連續住一個星期都沒有問題，衹不過行程有點趕，因為去環球影城所以住的這裏，很舒服舒適，明天要去天安門，所以要換酒店了。

北京通州環球度假區美侖國際酒店，距離環球度假區景區距離不是太遠，設施比較不錯，屬於快捷酒店，衞生還是不錯的，環境不錯，周邊有許多商鋪和飯店，服務也不錯，總體來説還是不錯的。

設施：雙床房房型較小，雖然是乾濕分區，但是一個人洗漱另一個人你就別想休息。
衞生：馬桶有污漬，用了兩壺熱水沖刷的。
服務：提前一天打電話問班車是8:00出發，到入住的時候説8:50出發，當天下來等車8:00已經發了一班，所以你們到底是怎麼著呢？這都是小事，最離譜的是早餐。
早餐鹹鴨蛋切了四半，我是頭一次見，略驚訝。
雙床房一份早餐，看都不看，直接讓我升級卡，50塊錢贈送早餐（單獨買58一份）為我節約8元哦。
當我看訂單明晃晃的寫着兩份早餐的時候還在狡辯，直到我態度強硬了，叫來經理看，經理讓加微信退錢。
離譜的事情就發生了，需要我提供身份證正反面照片。你説這話過腦子了嘛？你會把這麼重要的東西隨便給人嗎？在我提出質疑後給出的解決方案竟然是要拍自己酒店營業執照給我，你好像在搞笑哦？
最後，就是圖片中所説，要註銷我的會員卡。雖然結果是給我退費了，但是，我依舊客觀的認為酒店服務真的需要專業一點，坦誠一點兒。

為了去環球影城定了這酒店，酒店離環球影城打車20分鐘，但是酒店有免費的來回巴士，還可以租魔法袍等，酒店環境乾淨，前台服務熱情，早餐品種多樣，下次來還會訂！

看着酒店的設施很新，離環球影城開車比較方便，再加上是美侖酒店，我們剛剛在西安大雁塔美侖住過，印象比較好，就選了這家。結果北京通州美侖讓我和兒子大失所望：
1. 入住時間是晚上8:30，發現房間裏毛巾不全，還有沒有丟棄的礦泉水瓶。和服務枱交流之後，等了半個小時才拿到了毛巾（説是要去找）
2. 入住3016房間，隔音好差，十一點時仍然有一男一女不停聊天嬉笑或是吵鬧，打電話給服務枱，説不知道是左右還是上下房間都話，衹能給我們換房到五樓。這個意願很感謝，但因為太晚了，孩子已經昏昏欲睡，我就不想折騰。誰知道，這聲音持續到半夜三四點。
3. 房間地暖極其熱，開了中央空調，調到22度，風速最大的情況下，衹有兩次給風，且微不足道。一夜熱到無法蓋住被子，早上兒子不到7點被熱醒，而我由於隔音不好和温度問題一夜沒睡。
4.起來去吃早餐，發現客人都是小年輕，女孩居多，安安靜靜地用餐。而現場做麪條和米粉的大叔，聽口音是東北人，他的音量是全餐廳最大的，在和另一位女性服務員（態度比較好，還因為我端不了兩碗而幫我端了一碗）聊天討論工作餐吃什麼等，嘮着閑篇兒，給我麪條加湯時毫不用心，湯滿到一加料就全溢出來，還好我放了盤子在下面。我問他好像很燙，怎麼端啊，他也不接話。態度非常不專業。
5. 早上退房時向前台反應這些問題，尤其是房間温度，前枱麪露難色説有的房間還冷，我這話真接不下去了。那有的熱死有的冷死的酒店還怎麼住呢？
對這個酒店的直接感受就是人員培訓做得非常不到位，服務細節很糊弄。設施不完備，温度熱到早上洗完澡再吹頭髮時渾身冒汗！我在玩環球影城的時候，酒店經理打來，（也沒問我是不是合適説話的時間，導致説到一半沒法繼續下去），跟我説：“聽到我退房時的反應房間熱，但他們同事好像是提供了給我換房間的建議”，（給我感覺是我們想辦法了呀）我説那會兒已經十一點多了，孩子困了，沒法折騰換房。
非常不滿意，因為恰好我是國外商務會展和旅遊局的，平時工作中就要去各個酒店場地考察，無論是五星還是三星酒店，服務的人，永遠都是根本。你的專業和態度，乃至熱忱是可以人客人感覺到的。糊弄着過，也是一目瞭然。疫情已經結束，希望通州美侖能整頓一下，好好迎接往來賓客吧。
