The toilet bowl cannot flush with toilet paper in it. Need to call plumher to clear. Fridge not connected to plug and reception unwillingly ask technician to go up to plug for us. When we take shower, the water flooded the wash basin area.

Overall the location is good. However the service is bad. Body wash and conditioner container are both empty when we checked in. The water from the shower flows into the wash basin area. The tiles ar the toilet areas are slippery. The hotel umwillingly come to the hotel room to plug the fridge which was unplug. The carpet is also very dirty..

Overall, it was very average. The carpets in the hotel were very dirty and the towels were older than those in many B&Bs. I didn't dare to use them at all. The locks were also damaged. Moreover, takeout cannot be delivered upstairs, and the front desk cannot help deliver it, which is very uncomfortable. The receptionist's attitude was also very bad when I called him, but the staff I usually encountered were pretty good. The extra point is entirely for the staff with good attitude.
