地角非常好，過馬路就是奧林匹克中心，除了鳥巢水立方，還有***歷史展覽館、考古博物館、奧林匹克森林公園，還有一個新奧購物中心，遊覽購物省去了奔波的精力~~樓棟離小區西門很近，出去就有車站和共享單車，就在北辰東路上 叫網約車很容易，出行非常方便~~老房子硬件不能跟自己家比，好在都是好用的，兩個房間都有空調，垃圾袋捲紙就在櫃子裏，自取使用非常方便~~經常住民宿，習慣了自備床單枕巾、抱枕毯、驅蚊劑這些日常用品，長者孩子都睡得很安穩，所以小屋床品衞生的小問題可以忽略不計~~綜合下來還是蠻好的，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，而且提前訂房非常划算，下次再來北京還會首選這家，好評！

房間在4樓，老小區，入住方便，小區內有小超市，有幼兒園，長者居多。建議房間內去除一些多餘的傢俱。有空調，有暖氣，雖然這個季節用不上。窗簾要換一下了，不遮光，早晨容易被陽光叫醒。還好小區相對安靜。裏地鐵站近，出行方便。

房間挺好，冬天卧室挺暖和的，一出門口就是交通車站，到哪出行也很方便。電視超級大，是小米的，卧室還有陽台！曬衣服也方便！
