Cheng Xuan Hotel

To be honest, it was very average. The front desk was not there when I checked in. The air conditioning in the lobby was not working either. It was very cold. I waited for her at the front desk for a long time, but there was no one there, so I couldn't check in. I thought I should call to urge them. The hotel only had a front desk landline. When I called, the front desk was still ringing, but there was no one at the front desk. I guess I waited for half an hour before she came. There was no apology. I was too lazy to say more and checked in. After staying in the hotel, the hardware facilities were actually okay, but the hygiene was really poor, the floor was not clean, and there were water stains on the sink (see pictures). I stayed for two nights in total. There was no hot water on the second night, and I didn't take a shower. Overall, I was not very satisfied with the stay experience

The service is very good and the room has no odor. I hope there will be greater development and improvement. The most important thing is that the parking service is good.

The hotel is not big, but it is OK inside. It has complete facilities and is quite clean. The front desk staff is very good. You can store your luggage here before going out. There is a place to eat downstairs. It is very convenient and close to the Summer Palace. The nearest gate is only 800m away. And there are few people going through that gate. It is quiet and comfortable to walk. It is really inconvenient to buy food outside when going to the Summer Palace.

The room is pretty good. There are pharmacies and restaurants nearby. It's quite convenient to take the baby out.

The room was not very clean. The bedside table, phone, remote control, and bed back were all covered with dirt and lint. There was a toothpaste cap and torn tinfoil in the sink, and there were marks on the faucet handle. The most unacceptable thing was that the first room upstairs was right next to the elevator, which was too noisy. I went downstairs to ask if I could switch rooms, but they told me there were no rooms left. I don't know if it was because I booked on Ctrip (the key point was that it wasn't cheap 😔). Finally, I would say the service attitude was okay.
